Not the company's fault but their driver ordered a taxi to pick me up from The Firkin Doghouse Union street to take me home then the manager of the pub at 11.30pm. I helped my friend to lock up and shared my taxi i needed due to two bulging discs in my back. He parked opposite on otherside of the road so I hopped over open the door at the front as he didn't wind his window down to confirm it was my taxi as trying to get in I informed him my friend was also about to cross the road too as she'd just locked up the pub and the taxi was earlier then booked. He shouted at me swearing at me to close the f'in door it's cold i said I'm trying to get into your taxi he replied just hurry up. So I closed front taxi door and sat in the back of cab instead where I had no room to move at all. At same time my friend sat in the back too. She was seconds behind me. I'm fuming 😤 with this particular driver as in all honesty everyone i have pick me up normally are above and beyond and so polite don't swear at me and are so patient as in enter their cab. I always add two or 3 pound if not more onto journey but I advised my friend to give nothing only fair.
I've used this company for endless years it's a pity 1 person spoils it. I put this review in a hope he gets named and shamed ignorant person so nasty.
I always give a 5 star rating for all the 2s but I'm in so much pain and feel deflated by this man.

Excellent customer services every time the gentleman whom delivers goes above and beyond to make sure i received my parcels. I have been out got a call from him come home and he turned about and redeliver my parcel to me. Very pleasant person always smiling and very polite. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you so much.

Love playing tombola too some great games. I play small amounts and stick to a budget and have some regular wins. I always bank at least half after pending the win.
I won a jp of £500 once too. Stick to a limit and maybe bet low and accept there will be losses it's part of the gamble. Just enjoy the play and chat I do. Also free games I won a few times on there.

Delivery driver went above and beyond with an exceptionally large Delivery by also helping me with the parcels across the threshold of my flat thank you. 😊

Found this to be extremely useful to budget payments out and no interest fees either. Keep paying on time and you amount increases too. Any problems I've faced always easily resolved via customer services they have a live chat if needed too. They are always respectable to me and resolve my issues.

Really pleased I been able to get two children's tablets for my grandson's and pay off over a period of time. No interest added and allows bad credit history too. I think it is an amazing opportunity for me thank you 😊
