Review of British Gas
British Gas were fine at providing our energy, but completely rubbish at refunding our credit on our account once we moved energy suppliers - it's been 7 weeks since our account closed, and not a penny of our £500+ credit has been returned, despite me submitting 2 complaints to them. They replied to say they would get 'a specialist team to investigate & calculate the final bill' - it doesn't need a 'specialist team'- it just needs someone to do their job and not keep our money! Not happy! Shall I charge them interest on that money they have been withholding??

Unfortunately, the only reason I havnt given it 5 stars is because the excessive packaging meant it couldn't fit through the letterbox, necessitating it being returned to the Royal Mail depot for collection, which is a tedious 30 min plus round trip to collect, which sort of defeats the purpose of using Lloyd's 'direct'.
