‘Mistakenly’ charged me £240 extra.

Charged me £276 on a journey that was stated as £32 originally. I’m being refunded the money in 3-5 days but this is an absurd mistake to make? What if I needed this money for something important? Driver was amazing though im sure it wasn’t his fault but jesus is this a crazy mistake from the company. No compensation for draining £270 out of my account when it clearly stated £32, basically fraud, staff member who talked to me was nice about it but I feel like atleast refunding my original journey would be the least they could do, im only being returned the extra £240 they ‘accidentally’ charged me. Ivybridge to plymouth, 15m journey. Insane.
Edit: They have called me to say that they are going to refund me the full amount, I do appreciate this. Thank you for making sure the mistake was corrected.
