29.9% then 34.9%. Now just had an email saying it’s rising to 79.9% on 4th of October.
Always paid on time and not over the limit.

You can opt out of this change by following the instructions on the email we sent, where you will be able to repay your balance at your current rate.

Taxi booked and confirmed for 6.20pm

Taxi booked and confirmed for 6.20pm, now 7pm and no sign of it. Contacted the office at 6.35om who then said I’d would be another 45 minutes. Why take a booking you cannot fulfill. Very very poor and will now look for an alternative taxi service.
UPDATE.
Taxi company finally called me at 7.25pm and offered a free taxi. Nice touch and grateful for their apology.

Do not keep there system up to date. Had to send screen shots to prove I made payments.

Due to the bank holiday your payment didn't reach us within the normal time frame. I know this must have been frustrating for you, however due to the banks working at a slower pace and our offices being closed, it was unfortunately out of our control.
