This company has the perfect business model and provides an absolutely first class service! My son was able to complete his 279 mile Uni move today with no issues whatsoever, despite there being a massive march on in London and a Premiership football match at Olympic Park, with numerous road closures around his student accommodation. Excellent rates, easy booking and changing of the service, brilliant live tracking and a professional helpful driver, who took excellent care of his items. A completely stress-free move, which I am so grateful for, on such an important day for him!

The puzzle I purchased was sold as pre-loved and is in excellent condition. It was packaged with care and delivered very quickly after purchase. Am delighted with it and looking forward to doing it soon - many thanks.

Always pleasant, polite and patient drivers who never knock once and run. By far the best courier service in my area and am always relieved when a delivery is being made by Yodel, because I know it will be great.

Called for advice on behalf of my son, who has an infected cyst and hasn't seen a doctor since childhood!! The phone was answered quickly by a lovely advisor, who provided great advice and arranged an appointment for him at our local Urgent Treatment Centre. Having never used the 111 service before, I was so impressed by it and think we are very fortunate to be able to access help as quickly as we can through this particular NHS service. I would feel very confident in using it again in the future and am grateful to all those that work within it to provide health advice 24/7, 7 days a week!

Terrible home delivery service....tepid food, no drink and took over an hour to get the meal 0.8 miles!! Used the Old Town Street branch to order a special treat....NEVER AGAIN!! A complete waste of £50!! Considering this company charges an extortionate amount for fried chicken, £2 for a canned drink and £4.48 for delivery and service charge, this branch should be doing much better. They are clueless for sure, but when you pay your staff peanuts......

Needed a taxi several times yesterday to get from the garage to work, home and back again while my car was being serviced and MoT'd. They arrived quickly were reasonably priced and each of the drivers was very pleasant. Using the automated service was super easy...well done TaxiFirst!

This month's delivery of dog food was made much later in the day than usual, but the driver was very polite and helpful, despite the heat and length of his day. He waited for me to answer the door and offered to put the parcel inside, so very impressed. Good to see Yodel employing people who seem happy to provide such good customer service.

Parcel arrived on time and was handed to me by a very cheerful delivery driver, despite the weather. Very happy with service, thank you.

After waiting weeks to upgrade to WIFI6 with Vodafone, it turns out that the only place I could have an ultra-hub was in my 16 year old's bedroom, which wasn't going to happen!!! If City Fibre had done a quick property check prior to the installation date, it would've saved us both time & a whole heap of stress!!! Companies are quick enough to recommend the latest tech, but the logistics are not well enough thought through. Thank goodness for Virgin Media, is all I have to say!!

DPD have sunk to a whole new level of despicable behaviour with regards to their delivery 'service' and I am absolutely disgusted by their latest shenanigans, which beggar belief! Yesterday afternoon, one of their drivers knocked at my door with a parcel. The name on it was partially obscured so I couldn't read it properly, but even though it had my address on it, I refused to accept it. This morning, I open the door to someone who lived at this property more than 3 years ago, who had received a notification from them to say that their parcel had been delivered to my address and received by 'Amy' with a photo of my front door!!! How bloody dare they lie like that...totally disgusting behaviour from a complete bunch of rogues.

Having had terrible experiences with another courier company with recent deliveries of 'Butternut' dog food, it was a pleasure to have this month's box delivered by Yodel. It arrived within the designated time slot, the courier was incredibly polite and it was a very different experience to be able to answer the door and have the box handed to me. Will have all future deliveries made by this company from now on, because it was such a stress-free experience....many thanks Yodel for doing a great job!

Now that C-19 is behind us and Royal Mail are no longer taking industrial action, they really are doing a fantastic job! Their online postage and at home parcel collection service is top-notch, along with the fact that they automatically redeliver a parcel when a delivery is missed by the recipient. They are better now than they have ever been....well done Royal Mail!!!

Would've got an extra star this time, for at least (quietly) knocking, but the driver was soooo rude!!! He scampered off and was halfway in his van before I had a chance to open the door, leaving my replacement Butternut box in the street...again!! Called to him to say that I would appreciate it not being left there unattended, only to be shouted at rudely and told 'go check our website...we are allowed to do that'. Got right on the phone to the Truro depo again, and feel really sorry for the poor customer service team there, as am sure they are dealing with a myriad of complaints at the moment. Contacted Butternut to cancel any future deliveries while they are using DPD. Thankfully, am able to change delivery date and have Yodel instead, so no more DPD for me.....YAY!!! Cannot believe that the best courier service ever has turned into such a shambles of late. It's gone to the dogs....along with everything else in the country, it seems.

Courier did not knock on the door and left my delivery of Butternut Box dog food outside in the street. He took a picture of it outside the front door and claimed it was 'left in porch'. (Am not sure in which universe the street is considered a 'safe place'). Obviously, by the time I realised the delivery was late, the Butternut Box had grown legs and walked away. Someone's dog will be well fed tonight, but not mine!!!

Really good service from Customer Services (Truro). They rang when they said they would and were very apologetic about the incident. (I could almost see her rolling her eyes when she viewed the delivery photograph). The drivers are all instructed NEVER to leave any parcels in full view of the public and they are apparently charged for any lost parcels. A hard lesson to learn, but hopefully a policy that will help prevent similar occurrences, although judging from recent reviews, I'm not so sure about that!

Sent my son's Elite Series2 controller to this company for RB repair and had the item back within 5 days. They were even kind enough to replace a piece of missing rubber on one of the buttons, so the item now works perfectly and looks like new! Really impressed with the service and will definitely use this company again, as the cost was more than reasonable and the speed of turnaround fantastic!

Lovely puzzles, which arrived quickly with no postage charge for order over £30. Would definitely use WH Smith again in the future.

Needed travel sickness pills for my son to go on a coach trip to Alton Towers. Easy to order online and super-quick delivery. Would definitely use this service again.
