He helped me to find the correct trolley and he loaded up heavy bags of gravel into the trolley for me. He was polite throughout, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Kelly Shamarley was friendly and helpful. Kelly listening to me was re-assuring. She concluded that the agent from Falcon had made false promises at the time of the evaluation, and now undervalues my property in order to sell it quickly. I have completely lost trust in Falcon.

Kelly also suggested to contact the agencies that have good selling record, and she e-mailed their details to me. She also e-mailed me the list of questions to ask the new agents at the time of evaluation.

I ordered a mug and a calendar. The colours of photos in the calendar are very bright, just like the originals. However the colours of the photos on the mug are very pale and washed out.

I am very impressed with the job that Smart Dry have carried out for me. My first contact was with Jason. He arrived on time, and presented as very competent and friendly. Jason clearly explained the whole process of installing dry bricks, and he answered all my questions. He has undertaken the measurement and provided me with a quote straight away. I had time to consider the quote and I decided to go ahead with the job. The installation was completed within the same month, with no disruption to my lifestyle at all! The best thing is that there was no dust inside, as the installation of dry bricks was carried out outside. And it is much cheaper and less invasive option than the standard dry proof installation to deal with the damp. Jason kept in contact with me every step of the way. He also ensured that the job was undertaken to the highest standards and that I was fully satisfied. I cannot praise him enough! I am very happy with the final result. I know that it should take some time for the moisture to be drawn out of the walls, however, the walls already feel drier and it is warmer inside. I highly recommend Smart Dry company. Thank you!

It cost me nearly £30 for a bottle of raki with postage and packaging. I think this is expensive. Delivery was prompt and product as advertised. You should offer free delivery or offer reductions on your products like supermarkets do.

I bought Cypriate zivania, it’s much cheaper than the other sites, quick delivery, very good packaging. Very happy and would recommend.

I was able to order flowers on Saturday to be delivered the next day, Sunday, for Mothers day. I am very happy with the free delivery on Mothers day Sunday. The flowers were delivered at 11;00am, mummy-in-law very happy!
