I have my package in one of their package shop delivered but because my Passport is in process (eventough i already showed them the letter from my embassy), they didnt give me my package. The lady said, i should call HERMES, because she cant help me anymore, and when I called HERMES they also cant help me with this. I AM SUPER CONFUSED. Now I am calling my embassy just to finish my passport faster, which is quite annoying. This thing cost my my time and also patience. Even with proof you guys can't help me? that's a very bad way to serve a customer.

How the hell is this company still being used as a courier , their tracking isn't worth a fk , maybe that's why they don't have a means of contacting them , 5 days so far to bring a parcel from Germany and that's after it has been processed at their depot , I would have been quicker cycling over and collecting it myself .

Never arrives when stated. Lies on their tracker, loses items and damages goods

Worst courier ever. Damaged some contents in a parcel to a customer. Cost me £57.50

I ordered an amp to be delivered to Ireland, i was lead to believe the amp would be delivered on the 11th of May, on which date the Hermes website said it was at their national sorting hub in Kettering.
A week later still no movement and no package.
No contact from hermes, no way to directly call them.
The company i had ordered from could not get through to them either.
Another 2 weeks pass and i'm offered a refund, because, and i quote "i've been working with Hermes long enough to know when they have lost something"
They are a waste of time.

Ordered paint from a company in Birmingham on 8th May and it was sent to Hermes on 10th. Hermes contacted me via Amazon to say parcel would arrive on 21st. 11 days to deliver a parcel 95 miles!!!! I received an update stating parcel would be delivered up to 8pm that night. As our shop was closed I sat out in my vehicle waiting for them to arrive until 9pm but surprise surprise, no delivery. Update on 22nd from Hermes saying they are running late but no info on when the parcel will finally be delivered. Its now 23rd and still no update. Will I ever see my paint?? I doubt it!!

Ordered a dining set from wayfair, delivery by 2nd March. Received the chairs and table legs on 12th March, no table top!! Have since ordered a replacement table top. Delivery by 7th April. STILL no table top. Totally fed up now. Do not use this delivery company!!!! Useless c#nts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Each and every time I'm expecting a Hermes delivery, I get anxious. Today was no exception. I've sat here all day waiting for a delivery due between 3 & 5pm, at 6.44pm APPARENTLY they attempted delivery but no one was home (I haven't left the house). They lied. This happens every time. I am home. They just can't be bothered to meet their requirements.

I would recommend no one uses their inadequate services - because it always leads to disappointment.

My next job is to write to the retailers urging them to use a decent delivery service

I vowed never to use hermes again but on Saturday i ordered a tv off amazon and the payment for one day delivery didnt go through so i replaced my order and there was a mistake so amazon automatically chose standard delivery instead of letting me choose one day. So instead of dpd these cxnts hermes delivered my item and my tv turned up with a fully broken screen yet it was brand new and after seeing a leaked video of hermes workers on purpose damaging and breaking items leak on google I AM 99.9% SURE ITS THEIR FAULT. I will never in my life use hermes again even if my life depends on it. VIEW THE VIDEO ON GOOGLE BEFORE USING THEM AND I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

Hermes collection stolen package!
Had Hermes collection for my Asos return order...the driver gave wrong tracking number, after contacting Asos.. 8 days later the package never arrived to destination ... and had to be re-ordered... not happy with Hermes... for “stealing” my package.. wasted time and money. And no way to contact customer service number would hang up the call without being connected to a real person. DISAPPOINTING!!!!

I'VE BEEN HAVING MY CAR FIXED ALL AFTERNOON AND YET I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THAT IT HAD BEEN SIGNED FOR! AND LEFT OUTSIDE, IN THE RAIN AS THERE IS NO WAY MY PARCEL WOULD FIT THROUGH THE LETTER BOX. THEIR COMPANY IS DISGUSTING.
THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND YOUR DRIVER "SHAUN" SHOULD BE SACKED.
I DIDN'T CHOOSE YOUR COURIERS, SADLY DEBENHAMS USE THEM AND I DIDN'T KNOW.
FORGERY IS ILLEGAL.
IT'S FRAUD.

Unsure how a company can repeatedly fail to deliver parcels on so many separate occasions. Utterly incompetent. My parcel delivery success rate is about 5% over the last 12 months. Absolutely shocking how poor they are

I made the order tracking 3399701651260271 and 3351101651259877 both order showing "at the national sorting hub, both orders were sent by the company pretty little things. Its seem there is a big problem of maybe stealing customer order with this company as its very strange both order went missing. Are your staff stealing your customer parcel??? Please avoid this courier if you want to receive your parcel.

They told the seller that they tried to deliver to me twice, on both days I was in, nobody came to the door and no card was left. They sent the item back to the original seller so I ended up asking for a refund even though I had really wanted the item 😞 all this messing about with Hermes took 2 weeks, it actually puts me off buying from anyone who uses this company, unfortunately you don't always know what company a seller is going to use until after you've bought from them 😟

Stayed in all day for two parcels due for delivery, as per their tracker. No attempt at delivery. Day later and tracker still not updated so no idea when to expect the parcels.
Contact details are useless. Phone line cuts you off and refers you back to tracker. Email response says wait 4i hours for reply.
If couriers aren't available or can't be bothered why can't they just update tracker so people aren't wasting time sitting in waiting.
Disgusting service.

I wouldn't even give these clowns a 1 star.
Unfortunately had to have items delivered to me upon ordering from Studio (& Hermes are there 'preferred' delivery company - obviously trying to keep costs down).
The delivery driver (who has been the same each and every time - I have his photo on my emails as confirmation of delivery form Hermes) has forged my 'signature' (my initials) to tell me my items have been delivered. The one day delivery was made, my neighbour accepted the parcel and yet it was still my initials that had been used (obviously should've been my neighbours signature, I was married at this point and not even using those initials AND I was at work.)
I then made a complaint to Studio who tell me this will be resolved on any future deliveries.
The next delivery I got was then launched over the back face resulting in damaged goods.

Another parcel stated delivered in secure location not delivered second in a week from separate retail providers absolutely disgusting Christmas presents not delivered...

disgusting service, drivers lie and say they have attempted delivery, sort it out hermes
