Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company ! They say they have delivered parcels when they haven’t. They can’t provide photographic proof. The couriers probably just go through the list and marked all as delivered! I don’t understand why companies use them. They are notorious UK wide for not delivering parcels. I have two parcels that they said have been delivered when they haven’t - the laughable part, I was sat in the front garden at the time they said they delivered them! They are nothing more than fraudsters, pocketing on our items! Absolutely fuming! 🤬🤬🤬

Do not trust Groupon!
I ordered two things from Groupon. They use Hermesworld, notorious for not delivering parcels. My parcels have never been delivered, trying to contact customer services is a nightmare, all you get is a chatbot that bombs you out if it can’t answer the question. No chat or telephone, or even email option to contact them. Courier chat bot says contact Groupon but can’t even do that! I’ve had an appalling experience - this is my first time with groupon and it will definitely be my last! Save your money because your items won’t arrive and you can’t even get a refund because they don’t like to advertise their contact details. Steer well clear. Extremely unprofessional company.

TWO orders never arrived

Ordered on 3rd July, order never received. Eventually managed to contact Snapfish on 12th July, said they would resend the order with priority delivery to arrive on 15th July…what a surprise, that didn’t turn up either ! Absolutely fuming. I have now unsubscribed from Snapfish, they’ve had two opportunities to send my prints. No more I’m afraid. So don’t waste your time or money and certainly don’t use priority delivery!! They’ve not even offered to refund my original postage. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so I can raise it through them.

Order hasn’t arrived after nearly 2 weeks.

Snapfish replied to my comments and posted a link for ‘customer service team’, all the link does is direct you to the FAQ’s page on snapfish, which I had already visited prior to leaving my review! Clearly they do not wish to engage in dialogue with customers, so now I have the job of trying to get a refund from them for an order I have never received. The last time this happened they posted my order to a completely random address, I’ve a feeling they have done the same thing again!! So based on my extremely poor and unprofessional service from Snapfish, I would recommend that you save your money and get your prints from one of the many other companies that provide prints and you just paying delivery, because Snapfish can’t appear to honour your orders.

Order placed 1st July, sent by Snapfish 3rd July, said it would arrive 7th-8th July and 10th July STILL WAITING !! Impossible to contact Snapfish by email or any other means, their ‘24hr chat’ doesn’t work. If a company can’t be contacted about an order by any means other than social media, then thats a red flag to me. Won’t be using them again. If you need your prints within 2 weeks, then steer well clear.

I would highly recommend

I have been with Octopus for a few years now & have never had any problems at all. They reply promptly if you email them, they are extremely helpful and the online account is so easy to follow and gives you all the information you need. I would highly recommend Octopus.

Absolutely appalling service. Stay well clear!

Absolutely appalling service. This is the first time I have used Pharmacy2U and it will be the last. The wrong meds were issued, despite specifically stating details on script. Half the meds in the delivery box weren’t even in their boxes properly and had fallen out. Unable to get through on phone because they were ‘busy’, automated system then says use ‘chat’ on website - couldn’t use chat because it was ‘busy’. So unable to actually speak to someone or contact them regarding the issue with my script. They use Lloyds pharmacy, so the whole lot will be getting dumped on Lloyds counter tomorrow and THEY can sort the issue and waste their time trying to get through to them. Clearly, the Pharmacists and dispensing technicians DO NOT READ the prescription otherwise they would have sent the right medication! I find it very scary that these people are issuing medicines without reading the prescription properly. My advice - check your meds because the pharmacist doesn’t !

Would definitely recommend Dial Direct…

Would definitely recommend Dial Direct car insurance. I have been with them for a few years now and I have never had any problems renewing. It so simple, they sent you a renewal email, you can accept or reject the renewal and thats all you have to do, they do the rest! Absolutely seamless process and no hassle.
