Order hasn’t arrived after nearly 2 weeks.
Snapfish replied to my comments and posted a link for ‘customer service team’, all the link does is direct you to the FAQ’s page on snapfish, which I had already visited prior to leaving my review! Clearly they do not wish to engage in dialogue with customers, so now I have the job of trying to get a refund from them for an order I have never received. The last time this happened they posted my order to a completely random address, I’ve a feeling they have done the same thing again!! So based on my extremely poor and unprofessional service from Snapfish, I would recommend that you save your money and get your prints from one of the many other companies that provide prints and you just paying delivery, because Snapfish can’t appear to honour your orders.
Order placed 1st July, sent by Snapfish 3rd July, said it would arrive 7th-8th July and 10th July STILL WAITING !! Impossible to contact Snapfish by email or any other means, their ‘24hr chat’ doesn’t work. If a company can’t be contacted about an order by any means other than social media, then thats a red flag to me. Won’t be using them again. If you need your prints within 2 weeks, then steer well clear.
