I have had the most awful experience with Penzance sorting office in cornwall, uk. They marked my 24hr amazon delivery as attempted delivery 3 fxcking times…yes 3 yet they NEVER attempted delivery as i have home security and an intercom system that works perfectly fxcking fine. I am very unwell with my chronic illness and heart condition today due to stress. Despite taking medication i am incredibly dizzy because my blood pressure was so bad over the stress of this. I may seek legal action for compensation as this is by far disgusting behaviour from Royal Mail. I will be exposing this on my YouTube channel too. I cant even go and collect the parcel due to my heart condition and the weight of it. This is impacting my health. And i will seek legal advice over this! As i have complained thousands of times over the years and still the c.nts at Penzance sorting office can not do the 1 fxcking job they are paid to do.
The first and last time i ever use asda george! The scu>>¥est workers work for asda george. I ordered for the first time ever, a ceramic gingerbread house jar as the one I ordered from Poundland arrived in pieces. Not only did they deliver the wrong one being square and not round. Asda did not care to package properly. They packed it in a bag and not a box before handing to dpd! The bubble wrap wasn't even appropriately applied to keep the item safe! Meaning the item was in 100 pieces. C.nts. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE &$$HOLES unless you feel brave. Sc@m of the earth. 1 job and a toddler could do it better. Never again

100 stars for usual guy Thomas at truro depot in cornwall, uk. As he delivers a lot and is fantastic. 4 stars to yodel and zero stars to Robert on saturday who did not deliver or update tracking until today Monday. Causing me a lot of unessesary stress and anxiety.

Someone who you have delivered to before in newlyn missed a delivery from you today. You have caused this person unnecessary stress. Why...because you were too lazy and took the photo at the bottom end of their street when THEY HAVE A PICTURE OF THEIR ADDRESS ON THE APP FOR YOU IF YOU USE YOUR EYES. I have every screenshot to prove this. This is disgusting service james, who works for the roche depot. They have their safe places on the app and a photo of their address. How can you miss that? Seriously sort it out because this is disgusting customer service. And i wont be afraid to make a worse complaint next time. And using youtube to publicly shame this behaviour. I have had amazing experiences with yodel to be fair. Today the driver rang me when he couldn't find my address which helped massively with anxiety and deliveries. There are some great drivers from truro depot

The customer service over live chat are fxcking awful. The customer service which i have had is by far one of the worst. Barclays are literally employing sewer rats to do the job. Ive done a youtube video on this with the live chat conversation. I asked like ive asked before for my direct debit payment to be returned as im paying a different day. Ive never been interrogated to why i need it returned until fxcking now with 50 thousand messages repeating my fxcking self. Then 40 minutes into the conversation the piece of sh!t is ignoring my request for help to speak to someone more qualified this is by far disgusting and should of been dealt with in ten minutes but no 45 fxcking minutes later still not done. I have chronic health conditions and the stress is going to make me sick and thats literally no exaggeration!
Sort your customer service out! A woman was extremely rude towards me and c0cky when i asked about my parcel which is due for delivery today however ive not had my hour timeslot. Sort your fxcking staff out

Rang my intercom but was too fxcking lazy to bring my parcel up to my property and left it unsafe despite my billion brutal complaints over the years. Clearly dont fxcking learn and to make it worse Hermes or evri whatever the fxck you like to call them broke my parcel the box inside and out was damaged by Hermes and im shaming Hermes with a video of it on YouTube as it seems hermes never learn their lesson. And to add I’ll be putting this on every site I can

Disgusting experience! I bought a portable washing mashine that tripped the electric 3 times and blew up a socket turning it black. I sent emails with video evidence through email. I WANT AND DEMAND A REFUND! AND IF I DONT I WILL SUE FOR MORE THAN THE REFUND COS OF THE HEALTH RISK YOU POSE TO ME! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BUY FROM YOUR COMPANY AND I HAVE NAMED AND SHAMED PUBLICLY!

Hi Queenofcomplaints, I realise you received a faulty product that left a black mark on your plug socket. We discontinued this product as soon as we received your email. This was reported to the manufacturer and it appears that they arranged collection and this was refunded immediatley.. In our terms and conditions, it states that refunds can take up to 30 days to process. In this case we issued the refund within hours of receiving confirmation of the returned item. As much as we would like to issue a refund immediately, please understand that refunds are not instant and can take 3-5 days to clear in your account.
