Yodel Store to Store is truly awful

Yodel Store to Store is truly awful, worse than their home delivery service, I've had 3 missing parcels in the past week, the app is pointless as it doesn't update.it also tells you it's delivered to a different location but it's not there when you go to pick it up, its also not at the original location either so it's either not been delivered at all or it's been stolen, raising an issue with "customer service" is useless as well, they just lie to you and say they'll give you an update within 24 hours, really?! My emails are silent, and yes I've checked my junk mail folder, it's been a whole lot of stress and I will NEVER use Yodel again after this nightmare, I'll also be pursuing a refund for all my missing/stolen parcels. I've put the date of experience in the middle of the disaster as it's already ongoing.

I will never use Inpost again

When I first used Inpost I thought they were great, unfortunately when there's a problem that's when they fail miserably, I had to search all my local lockers as the app was saying they were at one location and Vinted were saying they were somewhere else, it turned out that Vinted were correct, you'd think they'd know where the parcels were being delivered! I had chosen a completely different location but due to Inpost trying to deliver to a shop that doesn't actually do Inpost (according to the app this shop does but the shop owner said they don't) my parcels were taken on a magical mystery tour and only by me trying my codes on each Inpost locker location did I find my parcels. I will NEVER use Inpost again after this fiasco, they didn't even apologise for their **** up! Very poor customer service.

Zero customer service

The issue I have is with the app/website, I made an order at the beginning of the week, it was for click and collect, apparently you can order and pick up within an hour (I wasn't specifically looking for that just the next day) It would only let me order items that were available in my local store, I presumed so they could pick and pack them ready for me to collect, apparently it's been marked as "shipped" a few days ago, which I thought was odd as why ship items that are already there? I emailed to ask and all I received was an auto reply to give my order number & details, which I did, I've heard nothing since, I then tried "live chat" twice in two days which I notice is always busy so you have to leave a message (not really "live" is it?) but no reply to that either. I've now asked for my order to be cancelled as it appears to be stuck in the system and ho be honest it would have been easier and more convenient just to go to the shop myself, I would have received my items quicker, I don't even know if I'll ever receive my parcel but I'm certainly not impressed with this company, I had no problem instore but this has put me off ever setting foot in there again and I certainly will never make an order with them again!

The worst streaming service

Impossible to watch a full episode of anything on this streaming service (I managed to watch half of an episode) constant buffering and error messages, no my internet isn't slow or not working as I checked it and it works on everything else, it always happens during the adverts now, I have the basic package with ads and I'm beginning to wonder if they are doing it deliberately to force people to upgrade to the more expensive ad free version, if so that's very underhand and sneaky. I have Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney Plus, I never have issues with them so it's not my end it's THEIR end!

Terrible survey company

Terrible survey company, points get deleted after 12 months, but when you get 1 survey that you're not guaranteed to get points for, every 2 months (if you're lucky) and you can't redeem anything until you have at least 1000 points (you get 100 points a survey tops) then you'll never get enough points to actually get anything, whilst they get all your personal details, it's a win for them and a big lose for you (including the waste of your precious time) I have 600 points (100 was deleted) so I'll probably never get to 1000, time to cut my losses and delete my account. I certainly wouldn't recommend this company especially when I filled in a survey I then received an error message so missed out on my points and wasted my time, that was the last straw for me, I'm done.

Awful streaming platform

Awful streaming platform,it's constantly freezing and giving me error messages, makes Paramount+ unwatchable, plus it keeps skipping to the next episode every time it unfreezes! No wonder it's given free with Sky, who'd pay for this 💩! These issues have been happening for years so they are obviously in denial, I think they should just shut this company down as it's not fit for purpose, the only things that work are the adverts surprise surprise. Personally I think Paramount Plus should claim their Trustpilot profile and stop burying their head in the sand, they have serious issues with their platform so stand up and have the b***s to admit they suck!

Another unscrupulous debt collection agency.

They tell you they'll help you clear your debt and help you pay a manageable amount plus you can change that amount if you are struggling to pay, sounds good doesn't it? Real world alert! They really don't care as long as they get their money, you can amend the amount you pay? Nope, they make it impossible to do that so you're stuck with an unmanageable amount that pushes you into more debt, easy to contact? Nope, their "chat" is like talking to a brick wall, they have no email address only a contact form, sounds shady to me. Best advice? Don't get in debt in the first place then you won't have these unscrupulous people pushing you further down the black hole of no return. I wish I hadn't.

Snacks are great, customer service is…

Snacks are great, customer service is not. I've contacted this company multiple times via their website and Twitter about issues with my account and their website but never received an answer, they're happy to take your money but when you have a problem they're nowhere to be seen. I ended up cancelling my account after being with them for a long time as their customer service really is that awful, when I cancelled there was a section where you could tell them why you were closing your account, I put my reasons but I seriously doubt they even care, they never cared enough to answer my tweets or messages.

Lovely tasting popcorn although…

Lovely tasting popcorn although expensive for what it is, very slow to dispatch they say no longer than 7 days but I find it's more like 10, on their FAQs they say they use FedEx and you get a tracking number but in reality it's Royal Mail and it's not tracked at all, it usually takes another 5 days to get to you. So you're essentially waiting a fortnight for some expensive popcorn, not really worth it in my opinion.

Their products are expensive rubbish, stick to good old fashioned foam earplugs If you want something that works. Disgusted that they have the audacity to make it out they can help people with sensory processing disorder and autism with their products, I'm on the spectrum and find it abhorrent that they would use our condition to sell products and products that do absolutely nothing to help.

Never been the best bus service but now…

Never been the best bus service but now it's abysmal. A few decades ago we had a large range of times to catch the bus especially for workers who start at different times, you could even go out at night and catch a late bus back, then a good few years ago they were cut down to half, so even workers struggled to get to and from work. Now we're lucky if there's enough buses to nip into town and back! The government is always telling people to use public transport more but with the basically useless choice of times they run and being so overpriced how do we do that?! Some people are lucky enough to have their own transport, not everyone is that lucky. Something needs to be done and fast.

Can't believe this company has such a…

Can't believe this company has such a high percentage of positive reviews! Perhaps they're getting a discount for writing a positive review 🤔 Personally I find the products overpriced and of cheap quality. The Komfies are marketed as being warm and cosy when in fact they're very thin especially on the sole, with no support, even with a discount code they are expensive for what they are. The zip on them is very thin and fragile. Their oversized hoodies are okay when you first get them but they wash very badly even on low temperatures, they are never the same after washing and being clothing they have to be washed at some point, again expensive for what they are. Their weighted blankets are okay but pretty small sized, I haven't washed them, I dread to think what would happen if I did! Their customer service is rubbish plus the delivery is always very slow with plenty of excuses from their end usually blaming everybody else but themselves. Their website is a nightmare to log into. There are other companies out there that sell similar items sometimes cheaper so better to look around and compare before committing.

We are very sorry that you weren't happy with your kuddly. It's actually the first time we receive negative feedback about washing the hoodies - as long as it's a gentle cycle (20-30 degrees), you are using mild detergent they are just the same. The main reason why the blanket is 48*78" (close to single size) because it's very hard to use a bigger one - it would have to be heavier and harder to move around at night.

No customer service

They're great at communicating when they want your money but when you have an issue or are just wondering where the box you've paid for is, nothing. They say they're on social media, which is true but they haven't posted for over 6 months and they delete negative comments (of which there are many by how many comments are indicated on the post but none appear when you click on it) plus on Instagram they've actually disabled the comment function on their posts! What are they hiding 🤔 don't waste your money, go elsewhere, it's not worth the stress or hassle.

Don't bother paying extra for next day delivery

I paid extra for next day delivery but according to Hermes (the courier they use unfortunately) I wasn't in, I was in all day. I contacted their "customer service" they tried to avoid giving me my delivery charge back even though it wasn't delivered within the timeframe, I paid extra in good faith as I needed the shoes for work. I won't be using Shoe Zone again unless they change the courier company. Everyone knows how absolutely useless Hermes are, there's plenty of other couriers companies out there with a better track record. But they won't hear of it, they'll lose customers if they carry on using them.

Poor communication, wouldn't recommend.

Communication is a serious issue with this company, they rarely post on their Facebook page, ignore messages via any platform. They take your money and you don't have a clue when you'll receive your box, there are times when you've paid two months subscription and not received any box at all! Cancelled once then resubscribed because once you get the boxes they're not too bad, not always worth the money though, I'll be permanently cancelling my subscription this time as its not worth the long wait with no communication, I like to know when I'll receive my box like I do with my Degustabox subscription. I wouldn't recommend this company, they need to sort out their customer service.

No wonder this page is unclaimed, they don't want to admit they have such appalling customer service. Advertising offers that you never receive, misleading and against Trading Standards. They promise they'll "look into it for you" but then you never hear from them again! Don't you want any customers?! Do you want all your potential customers to go to Boots or heaven forebid, Amazon for their toiletries?! Sort yourself out or you'll end up like the other companies that have faded into obscurity and shut down forever.

Hi thanks for your review. Our sizing is being worked on and we do include a new size chart fro each item. Due to the pandemic we have had to move factories to make it safer for our team to be able to do their job so that's been a full change of equipment. Also you don't need a printer for a return there is an option that says no printer and gives you a QR code to show at the post office and they do it for you.

Awful company

I would put zero stars but can't find a way to do it. I don't know where to start with this awful company! Zero customer service, holding onto your money, blocking you from logging into your account, constant technical issues, ignoring your messages. How is this company still being allowed to trade?! How has Trading Standards not shut them down? They warn you of PayPal scams when they are the REAL scammers!
