When i'm waiting for a parcel with…

When i'm waiting for a parcel with hermes most of the time it was good and have had no problems. But this time they did my head in, when i wasnt at home even saying to the driver on the phone to deliver it to my neighbours at said numbered address. Twice they tried to deliver and said the nieghbours werent home. Which is aload of cr*p, becuase theyre a retired couple and only go out together on weekends. Since the parcel was a dash cam and i needed it for insurance purposes ASAP, ill definitely complain to there customer services aswell.

Have bought a sewing machine for my…

Have bought a sewing machine for my mum, she's had it now for 2 years and hates it, due to it snagging all the time when she sews, iv'e had it 'repaired' under warranty, but the problem still persists. They dont want to tell argos to give us a refund. And have had a loss of confidence in thier 'repairs' all i want now is a refund from whoever.

I bought a sewing machine for my mum 2 years ago and she hates it. It always keeps snagging, tried to get it fixed under warranty, but the problem still persists. I wanted to get a refund for it but argos kept on telling me to get it 'repaired'. I dont want to get it 'fixed' again because i now have a loss of confidence in thier repairs. All i want now is a refund.

Still have 1490 points left on my morrisons, i get that they dont do points anymore, however it is ridiculous as to why they cant give me more personalised offers due to this.

One of the managers at the bulwell…

One of the managers at the bulwell store, openly talked sh*te about me and my mother as i only asked about the mackerel being on sale in store. The 'manager' said it was an online deal, even though on the phone they told me they might have some for that price. I really wanted to say something however my mum has neurological problems and would of teared him a new a**hole.

No refund after 7 days

No refund after 7 days, says i should of recieved an email where to pick it up, i didnt. Dealing with customer services, is like speaking to someone on morphine. They can take your money straight away, however when its the other way around, they dont care!

Bought an xperia x2 about 2 years ago

Bought an xperia x2 about 2 years ago, within the 2 years i had it, it started to slow down, it would shut off at around 15% battery life and the screen cracked in multiple places after dropping it once, with a screen protector. I do own a sony speaker and radio, which work well. However this company cannot make decent phones.

Rowenta dw5110 iron

Had it since 2016 without any problems, however last week it didnt want to heat anymore, i thought they could give me the part i needed free of charge out of warranty, or at a decent price. They said that as long as someone came around the part would be free, i just had to pay labour, i said how about shipping it to me for free without the labour. They said they coulnt do that, i couldnt even get a clear anwser as to why not. Then i asked how much for the part, IT WAS THE SAME PRICE, AS THE IRON WHEN I BOUGHT IT NEW. This isnt the first time that rowenta have dissapointed me.

Got a hair clipper as a gift (tn5100…

Got a hair clipper as a gift (tn5100 wet + dry) absolutely dreadful. I mainly use it to shave my beard, but the blades keep cutting my skin if I move it at a slight angle. After about 5 minutes of use, the blades get very hot and is pretty much unusable, so forget about shaving your hair with this thing.

I wish the battery was replaceable on my old Phillips shaver, never had a problem with it, but after 7 years it no longer holds a charge.

They fit the windows to an okay degree…

They fit the windows to an okay degree but it took them over a month to fit 3 of them. With different people showing up every week. The handles were tough to push down all the way, as well as the easy clean feature being a pain in the a-hole to adjust.
a while after i watched these cowboys on bbc watchdog, I'm glad that they're not in business anymore.

We waited almost a month (in the middle…

We waited almost a month (in the middle of summer) until we got a new fridge, prior to this 4 engineers came round and couldn't fix the problem, the last guy told us the part he needed didn't exist and walked off without any explanation. In short we did get a new fridge in the end, in which Argos provided us with vouchers; after phoning both Argos and D+G at least 10 times throughout the whole month, saying the ultimatum ' the vouchers will come either today or tomorrow'.
