Hermes collection stolen package!
Had Hermes collection for my Asos return order...the driver gave wrong tracking number, after contacting Asos.. 8 days later the package never arrived to destination ... and had to be re-ordered... not happy with Hermes... for “stealing” my package.. wasted time and money. And no way to contact customer service number would hang up the call without being connected to a real person. DISAPPOINTING!!!!

VERY POOR QUALITY. Thin cotton shirt is see through and the print is half the size and blurry ...Comes from China ...Even though its advertised as it comes from the uk. Trying to contact support for the last 4 days and no reply!!!! Ignoring emails to avoid refunding. Angry customer. Waste of time and money!

Terrible quality !!! the way they speak to their customers is disgusting. all they want is free content to post on there social media.
