*** DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND UNINSTALL THIS GARBAGE FROM YOUR PHONE AND BLOCK OR YOU'LL BE CONSTANTLY BOMBARDED WITH FAKE BARGAINS AND FREE GIFTS ***

Utter scam and rip-off, constantly bombarded with offers and free stuff which isn't free . It takes you to a page where you pick items for when you click on items it takes you to another page where the item you selected isn't on it. It's other junk just to try and con you into thinking you're getting a bargain . It's like a supermarket advertising you will get a free smart tv but when you go in to get free tv there is no tv its just a scam to get you into the store where you'll buy something when you're in .

Seriously I could have walked it quicker

Collected my item on the 9-12-2024 on 2 day delivery , 2 delivery dates have now been missed , it is now 01-01-2025 and they've still not delivered it so it's taken from December 2024 to ????? 2025 to bring it from England to Scotland . In all seriousness I could have walked it quicker than it takes this mob to drive it .

CLOSE ACCOUNTS AND DONT BE RIPPED OFF .

Ripped off for the last time and now closed eBay account. I er the 8 years we've all received the " How can we improve to serve you better " garbage and in 8 years it hasn't improved one little bit , in fact the opposite is true , it has got worse years after year and year after year it has been biased for the seller . I bought an item for my compound bow , a one size fits all part , but it doesn't fit as it is too small so I opened return and state it doesn't fit its too small and because of that I am responsible to post item back to China which will cost more than the part costs so I've decided enough was enough and closed acc and the only way any buyer will get treated fairer is by people closing their accounts down , NO WONDER THEIR REVIEWS ARE IN THE TOILET .

Don't get ripped off like I was

*** Know This Before You Buy From Ebay ***
I purchased a compound bow cable slide , they are a standard part , but when it arrived it was too small , one cable wouldn't fit because it was too tight a fit , the second one fitted but it was far too tight a fit and was rubbing cable and cable would have failed way too quickly , I started a return but because I told the truth that it was too small and didn't fit I am responsible for return postage but if I chose wasn't as described the seller would be responsible , I don't see the difference as being to small and doesn't fit is the exact same as not as described , it's described for compound bows but doesn't fit so therefore it's not as described . I've been with eBay for 8 years on and off as I started using Amazon for the speed or delivery and the ease of returning for a refund but I doubt t I'll make it 9 years , I spoke to eBay on the phone and told them under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I am entitled to full refund so was told they would send me an email to claim refund under Consumer Rights but never received it so be warned .

Purchased a bow that fell to bits when…

Purchased a bow that fell to bits when I drew the string back , contacted seller and they told me to buy a new bow and once I received it they would refund me , not happening , so I contacted Amazon and was told a A to Z claim wad started and I would receive refund within 7 days , that didn't happen so I contacted them again to be told my claim has been escalated and I would have refund within 72hrs , you guessed it , that didn't happen either , so contacted them again , 2hr 34mins and multiple customer services peoole just disappearing and new ones taking over the chat and everyone telling me the same scripted garbage and that my claim was still being looked at till I get to second last one who told me there had been NO A to Z Claim opened for this so , and fortunately and I advise everyone to do this ,I went through all the chats that I had screen recorded and screenshot everyone that lied to me about my claim being open and still being looked at . Lies , lies and more lies is all you get from Amazon and they take your money to rub salt in . The second last person who tolde there was no claim open said , and I quote , " there is no reason for me to lie , regarding opening my A to Z claim " where I replied " There was no reason for her colleagues to lie either BUT THEY DID " So seems the only qualification to work for them is , you would think the english language would be the top one but it isn't , the ability to lie for them , and you don't have to be a good liar either just be able to tell the lie , that is all that is required
Will I receive an apology for being deliberately lied to ? NOT a chance , Will the multiple lying customer services people be forced to apologise or even be reprimanded ? NOT a chance , they will probably be fast tracked to a higher job for their ability to lie for this very unlevel company . Unlevel = Crooked.

Trying to list a compound bow sight on…

Trying to list a compound bow sight on marketplace but keep getting message it goes against their rules on selling weapons , strange when a sight is classed as a weapon but bows and arrows are not , every appeal I have lodged gets ignored and threatened with being banned from marketplace if I continue to try and list it . I've typed in bows and arrows on marketplace and their are loads of them being sold but for some reason it's just MY sight that is deadly dangerous and not the bows and arrows that they have allowed to be listed .

Samsung Z Fold5 damaged to the tune of £500 to repair

Got a brand new Samsung Z fold5 phone and bought a case from Amazon , a spring popped out from the hinge of the case and has damaged the edge of my screen and scratched the hinge , I contacted Amazon and I was asked to send them pics of the damage , which I and fed sending them , also a receipt for the repairs , which come to £500 , so paid over £1000 for a new phone and a case from Amazon has caused £500 of damage . Executive Customer Relations, that's a joke right away, has been sent numerous emails with the receipt for cost of repair and hasn't even got the decency to open my emails to her they're just being ignored , so if you have a Samsung Z Fold 5 don't get your case from them coz they are not interested if your phone get's damaged

Returned an item and asked for refund…

Returned an item and asked for refund to be put onto my amazon acc because it has always been paid in same day but now I'm being told to wait up to 14 days , it didn't take that long for them to take my money but now I'm sitting with no item and no money to replace faulty item . I would recommend if anyone is returning something , and it's something you need , you're quicker buying a replacement one then when your refund does eventually get back to you just return the replacement one you purchasesd then you're not going to be left without item or money .

Stabbings and slashings don't appear to go against rules on violence but a comment does

I have sat now for about 2 hours watching fights , slashings , stabbings and people getting robbed and their cars smashed up but I get my comment deleted , guy got off his ebike and smashed a delivery woman's windscreen with a brick but I'm breaking community guidelines on violence because I said she should have ran over his bike . What a crooked and bent view on community guidelines when I can see near death videos but heaven forbid I leave a bad comment .

- The quality of the bows are exceptional, the service is second to none and the aftersales is amazing , they responded , very very quickly to my emails & we're very eager to resolve my problem and make sure I was happy .
I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for top quality affordable bows and equipment from a trustworthy company this is the guys .

Crooked cesspool of a company

Ordered an item then instantly requested cancellation which ended up 5 times I requested cancellation but they sent item out anyway , hoping you'll just keep item rather than go through returns process, I refused item at door , so was never in my possession and always in Amacons possession , but told have to wait for up to weeks for refund to be issued but if I had accepted item and returned with Royal Mail my refund would have been issued within 1 hour of item being scanned onto Amacons system . When I contacted customer service regarding this issue they pass me about to other monkeys which always ended up with chat being shut down without receiving an answer so it appears Amacon doesn't like being questioned about their dubious operations and their trained monkeys are obviously told to end chats if it questions them and that only happens when you are crooks trying to hide something . The negatives just keep coming regarding this crooked cesspool of a company .

Their tracking is less than useless

- Billie that link you gave me doesn't take me to any page it just takes me to a google search page with hundreds of links so again not helpful
- Final update , the lies continue they just can't help the lies it's in their DNA , they were obviously dragged up and not brought up being installed with common decency and it's not right to tell lies , was being delivered on Tuesday , it took quite a few emails to get the degenerates to respond , today Thursday 15th tracking changed to delivery in the 20th of Feb while also receiving yext stating it was out for delivery between 09.19 and 10.19 even though I received the text at 10.59 , well after time stated , so not only where they dragged up they were never told how to tell the time either so today Thursday 15th at10.04 there has been no delivery and doubt I'll ever see my order but they have been told to return to sender and I cannot be held responsible if they dare sand one of their ret.ard drivers to my door tomorrow , I am not know for my polite manner when it comes to being fkd about by degenerate scum like DH fkn L

- Update , still not delivered , they're the worst cowboy outfit I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Need to leave at 4pm for appointment so notes will be left on door for item to be returned to seller and I have told seller as long as they use this lying , untrustworthy outfit I will recommend to friends and family to deal with other seller

- Their tracking is less than useless , I checked tracking and it said my parcel wouldn't be delivered till Tuesday 20th Feb 2024 , today is only the 15th Feb , then I received a text from them stating parcel was out for delivery 15th Feb between 9.19am and 10.19am but I received the text at 10.59am , a total and utter shambles and joke of a courier , one of the worst I have experienced and this is gonna take some beating I don't think this joke of an outfit can be beaten .

Utter shambles of a company

Utter shambles of a courier service , tracking stated that estimated delivery was Tuesday 13th Feb 2024 , never turned up , this is now Wednesday 14th Feb 2024 and tracking still stated delivery Tuesday 13th Feb 2024 , I have sent 2 messages to them through the app and no reply so now I'm wondering what will arrive first my order or my reply , the excitement is building .

Can anyone believe how crooked and corrupt this cesspool is , when leaving feedback / review on your experience you can't do the following ---
Seller, order and shipping feedback
We don’t allow reviews or questions and answers that focus on:

Sellers and the customer service they provide
Ordering issues and returns
Shipping and packaging
Product condition and damage
Shipping cost and speed

So you are not allowed to tell people of your experience with a seller or the items they sell if that isn't corrupt I don't know what is , all the bs they say you can't leave is very very important so buyers can make an informed decision in who they want to do business with before tou hand over your hard earned cash so yeah they are CORRUPT to the core , any honest truthful feedback makes for a better safer buying experience and helps to weed out the bad nasty rip off companies but is that happens their profits take a dip and they don't want that they would rather you didn't get the vital info on a seller and your buying experience with sellers , so again I call yh out as being CORRUPT to the core

You are not so slow messaging me about payments overdue but not in the slightest bit interested in sorting out my account and charging me for what I spent and not what you say I spent , I have told you and this is the last time I'm going to tell you , I have instructed my bank to stop all payments going to you till you sort my account out and charge me the correct amout , and you can add whatever you want but as I told you I will pay what is owed , not a penny more and not a penny less , and you know what is owed as I have sent you invoices from eBay proving what the items cost not what you say they cost so as it stands the now you can go and whistle Dixy for your money , no one tries to rip me off and get away with it , capeesh ?

You were warned payments would be blocked again

Update ,
I am sick fed up contacting you through the app and getting the same repetitive email back about we charge extra to cover postage and stuff and its refunded back , even after refund I was still being expected to pay back more than purchase cost , I have sent you proof after proof but you are not interested. I gave you plenty warning that if it wasn't sorted out I would contact bank to block payments to you and things have still not been sorted and I'm still being charged more than my purchase cost . You told me it wasn't down to you it was down to eBay and the merchant so I sent you invoices from eBay of how much purchase cost but with you we go round in circles and you just can't accept you are in the wrong again . The first time this happened we went through the same carry on and eventually my account was put right and I contacted bank to unfreeze payments and now it has happened again only this time its with 2 orders so as far as I'm concerned payments will remain blocked and I won't be paying any late fee charges for a situation you have created and I will not even be looking at emails that just repeat the same garbage ciz when you do that nothing will ever be resolves so I've made my case to you with proof but its still not you it's still someone else's fault so I again have made my case clear and laid it out so there can be no misunderstanding and can you tell me has anyone actually looked at the invoices I sent you from ebay and not to mention the screenshots I sent from my eBay account proving how much my purchases cost ? And if they were looked at why am I still being overcharged ?






This is another twice you are trying to rip me off , wvwn after sending you invoices from eBay proving what my purchases came to and also sending you screenshots from my eBay account you still deny its down to you and sending the same bs message and ignoring me doesn't get either of us anywhere. I told you if it wasn't sorted out I would contact my bank to stop parents going ro you and that's exactly what I did so don't send me messages telling me my payment failed because I already know and yhe ball is in your court , charge me the correct money now a penny less and not a penny more and until that happens you WILL NOT get any payments from me so I'm telling you now I will not be sending any more emails , or your site forms or anything else I made my position clear and remember the first time after passing the buck to eBay and the merchant ? I eventually got someone that got it sorted , charged me the correct amount of money and bank eas called to allow payments so this isn't the first time with tous and I would advise everyone that uses you or is thinking of using you to keep a close eye on their accounts and what they are being asked to pay back .
