What a disaster

What a disaster, ordered a box with 60% off, still £27 when it took me to website I entered my current address as billing and delivery and did same when I entered new card details, it then got me to sign into an old account and use app, all fine, I then get a notification that my box has been delivered, no it has not, find out it has gone to an old address, obviously there system has not updated my address details which I inputted twice, no where on app to change address once live ?
CS is terrible not even based in UK ?
Will never use again and had to dispute payment through bank to get money back.

Horrendous customer care

Horrendous customer care, have tried several times to sort out my gas bill, fell behind Due to being furlowed. Not helpful at all and wanted to charge me £150 to have a pay as you go meter installed. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for ten minutes and then cut off, have now transferred to utilitia who not only took on my arrears but also sorted out a manageable payment plan, my advise is stay away from British gas

Hopefully my Internet will stay…

Hopefully my Internet will stay connected long enough to leave a review ?
This company are a farse, I'm meant to get 60 mpbs as a minimum, I'm lucky if I get that for two hours a day, constantly drops to below 10mpbs, customer service is inconsistent and no help at all, they said I could cancel due to not getting minimum speed and then changed there mind !
Will be reporting to ombudsmen, disgraceful company.

rubbish devices

worse devices I've ever seen and sold at places with no staff knowledge, rubbish stay away. people should also be aware this company is owned by a tobacco company, do you still want your money going to these people?
