Like most people here it seems, would give a zero if I could. Communication terrible, Never deliver on time, ALWAYS delaying to days following the due date. Next time I notice a delivery will come through DHL I will shop elsewhere.

I made an Avis reservation for the USA. Due to a family bereavement I had to make a change to the booking whilst away and at a weekend. The phone service isn't available at weekends and the message instructs you to make changes via the app - which I did. Due to the reduction in rental period the rental had to be amended. I havent received a refund for the reduced amount c.£250. I called on Monday, spent 20 mins explaining to agent, they said they'd email me, 5 days later im still waiting. I just called again (phone service says customer service available 9-5pm) and was told at 4.15pm that all agents had left for the day - apparently they cant amend their phone message to say hours are 8am-4pm. Really lousy and useless service. Change made weeks ago and no sight of the money they owe me. I've always had good service from Avis, I will never use them again. Bad bad service

I was expecting a delivery today. Got the notifications. Then suddenly it's being delivered to a post office because the driver couldn't be bothered to drop it off at my address (as paid for). It was easier for him to delivery a load of packages to the post office - talk about lazy. Terrible communication. Driver never rang my intercom as I have no missed calls. Disappointing of their lack of effort.
The post office said the driver had dumped loads of packages there too. They also realized the driver was too lazy to do his job

EVRI absolutely useless. I would give 0 stars if I could. 3 days late at delivering, app shows no progress and suddenly they've delivered it and the package is no where to be seen. No photo evidence of where it's left. Driver has obviously taken the package. I would honestly NEVER use them. I have asked Amazon to not allow them to deliver to me in future because the service is ALWAYS super poor.

Disappointed with delivery and honesty on their website. I ordered an Eames style chair in May, they are very vague with the delivery on their website. It showed the item was in stock and then flashes up 48 shipping to your door. When I check the status, its gone from 2nd July to 10th to 13th ....keeps getting longer. 22nd May to 13th July (assuming it doesn't slip anymore) is a lot more than 48 hrs
They are very selective on the reviews they display on their site. All show fast delivery. This is just dishonest

Each and every time I'm expecting a Hermes delivery, I get anxious. Today was no exception. I've sat here all day waiting for a delivery due between 3 & 5pm, at 6.44pm APPARENTLY they attempted delivery but no one was home (I haven't left the house). They lied. This happens every time. I am home. They just can't be bothered to meet their requirements.
I would recommend no one uses their inadequate services - because it always leads to disappointment.
My next job is to write to the retailers urging them to use a decent delivery service
