Trash company, full of mistakes, lies about the items being in stock, takes ages to even ship the items when they do, don't even reply to emails, even on business accounts..just don't ever buy from here. They are 99% scammers.

Used to be Smash/Bluestar customer before Brexit, and i've always made big orders that get me through 1-2 years e-liquid usage. I am not sure what is their history with these companies since the product line is similar, but this was definitely my greatest experience with them so far. Packaging has been improved, now they even tape the caps and use more packing to protect the bottles during shipping, and most importantly their responses are quick and really helpful. Since i am in EU they helped me out (example with the more difficult items) and i had 0 issues with customs on my end. Highly recommend if you do make your own e-juice and try to save money. I can't say if the flavor concentrates have improved since i haven't tried them out yet, but what i am sure of is that i won't be disappointed. ps. Trustpilot shows i'm from the US, but i am from EU.
