God Awful

Hands down the worst experience you will find.

If you wish to prank someone that you have extreme hatred for, this is the company you'd recommend. ----You would actually feel better being properly scammed by some Indian lad than dealing with this crowd.

--Support is the worst hands down, they will disconnect with you when you have an issue (at least 10 times), Most of the support there are useless again probably a 1 in 10 chance you get someone that will help, also they will disconnect on you if you try to cancel because of the support. And all the issues i had were caused by Lycamobile themselves so it wasn't something i could fix on my own. Took me 10 days to get the sim working and of course no reimbursement for the wasted days.
--The actual reception & service is perhaps the worst out of all companies, which is to be expected anyway at that price. Will just randomly cut you off the internet a couple of times a week for long durations.
--Hidden auto renewals for top up plans and you already know whats next, thats rights, its near impossible to stop them even after cancelling so they keep yoinking moneys.

So i do see some perks.
+If your a company and need an example of a company providing the worst service & support imaginable - look no further
+You dont get angry often, have a huge amount of patience & money to waste. Then this is a good place to try test your limits.
+Want to prank someone or if you kids are being bold, great company to switch them to for lol's

Jokes aside, dont go near them. If you really want to test your endurance, make sure you use a 1 time use online debit card, to ensure they dont keep stealing your cash when cancel (and you will cancel)

Even though i rate this place 5 star

Even though i rate this place 5 star, i do have some disdain for them.
They get 5 stars because...
++Their prices are competitive
++Huge selection of components with nearly everything you'd want
++Order items out of stock/on back order. Very Rare to see this and a really good option to have
++Every component that arrived worked as expected
++I reached out to their support on two occassions and they were very responsive and accommodative

That being said, its cons are...
--Can take a week just for the Disptach to go through (i believe this is due to poor translation when ordering parts, as you will see dispatch 2-4 days, which i believe actually means part on back order) / took a week & half for my components to arrive
--Out of the 10 items i purchases, 1 items although instock at the time, ended up being out of stock and only notified 5 days after making the order (which delayed it) - They did split the delivery and the out of stock item came 3 days after
--Poor packaging, i had 2000€'s worth in a paper thin box that the courier (UPS) left outside my door which was ripped open for anyone walking by to see the expensive tech. Perhaps there is a bad actor working for the courier checking packages for 5090s or something, but, the box did feel quite flimsy. Also because of this some of the packaging wasnt in the best condition

So, will i be ordering from them again?
Yes, but not when its something im impatient about

Why am i still giving it 5 stars?
Theres alot of scalper/scammer tech stores in Germany that do price guage and although this place is not perfect, from what i see its prices are decent and we need to support the honest businesses.

I hope when i order from them again in the future, they provide better expectations & better delivery times.

Purchase options for GPUs in Ireland /…

Purchase options for GPUs in Ireland / Europe are non existent on NVIDIA store (unlike UK & US). Only referrals to third party sites are available, which means no founder cards in most cases and scammy prices along with battling scalpers.
Its 2024 and for some reason nvidia still can figure out how to sell in Europe.

Unlike AMD where this is not an issue. I know who ill be supporting this round.

When it works its great, when not its terrible

When it work its great, but when something goes wrong its how mishandled/mismanaged it was where the rating comes into effect.

Had a treadmill for delivery yesterday, it didn't arrive but shows as delivered and signed by me. I was in the house at the time working near front door area and had accepted three other deliveries throughout the day.
After one of the other deliveries, i checked treadmill tracking to see it was delivered 30 minutes ago so i thought if i catch the courier company UPS they can resolve this fast, they couldn't and told me to open a investigation ticket, did that but it take 8-9 day ETA.
So went on Amazon and after jumping though hoops it tells you to "wait 24 hours, check around and call to neighbours" As inconvenient as it was i did all this, obviously no package to be found.
Next day after waiting the 24 hours, i jump through all the hoops to get to support again and this time im met with a message telling me to now wait a further 24 (48) hours as nothing can be done until 2 days elapsed.
Called in to support to see what is actually going on as it is something that could've been resolved in the first 10 minutes if they done something when i caught it early. Of course their reply was sorry but ya we cant do anything until 2 days passed, keep checking and 'maybe' it still will get delivered.

Amazon falls further every year with the products they sell and the support they provide. Massive waste of consumers time when the mess up. For sure the support is the worst i have come across and most of the items they sell now are cheap Chinese rebrands, the site has been slowly transforming into Wish/Temu.
