"auf Lager und sofort lieferbar": glaube ich nicht!
I order 3 products from them, all were listed at the time as "in stock and immediately deliverable" and "delivery within 1 to 2 workdays".
2 days later, only 1 product is received. No information about the remaining 2.
There is no way to contact them online, so I have to spend 10 minutes waiting on the phone.
They then tell me that the product is in a different location and will take another 3 days to be shipped to me!
That means approx. 1 week after the order I hopefully, maybe have the products I ordered. In the meantime. No updates or information!
That is totally different to what is stated on their website.
Also, despite ordering goods for almost 1000 Euros, I still have to pay delivery.
The used to be great. But over the past years, the website is more difficult to use (refine your product search), costs have risen, you have to pay delivery, service is not very polite, no online service, no updates to your order when things are not sent as promised.
But simply, untrustworthy.

Dear Mr. Smith, we'd like to apologize for the delay of the shipping dispatch for 2 of the 3 ordered items. The items have gotten sent, and did get delivered. There's been a return of one of the item. The cost of that item, and the overall shipping cost have been refunded by us. Regards, Marc
