If you have any issue, it is impossible to speak to technical support. They tell you to send an email and never get back to you.
I would not buy from here again.

Their customer service is non existent and so if you have a question or problem no one will help you

0 customer service. It's literally impossible to get hold of someone. If you email they respond in 2 days with a stock answer and haven't even read your question.
I've cancelled my order, requesting a full refund, given that it obviously wasn't received despite the delivery time showing expected delivery a few days ago.

Dealing with BES has been a nightmare. I created an electrical account and they automatically opened a gas account as well. They refused to close it despite the fact that we don't use gas. We have been asking them to close it since 2016 but they still haven't done it! They are still trying to charge a standing charge on the account and now trying to charge us thousands of pounds for an account we never asked for and asked multiple times to close since 2016.
