Yikes, it sounds like we really dropped the ball here—and not in the fun, beach-volleyball kind of way. We’re so sorry to hear about your experience, and we definitely owe you better than “crap service” (ouch, that one stings!).

Sonos equipment is rubbish bought a…

Sonos equipment is crapI bought a speaker 449 to make it functional I have to take out 400 year bills to make it work internet 25 month music subscription 11 month so its crap and u told me I can't return. As for phoning your company why am I ringing South Africa and the cubts can't understand me so yes your crap
