Everything was fine, but the only local fitting service is my least favourite of all our local fitters. Their service is rubbish and they seem to particularly dislike fitting third party tyres.

The website provided the port specification as 1 inch BSP whereas the one delivered had 3/4 inch BSP. I ordered black, but they delivered blue. The delivery had zero documentation. It is a pressure vessel, I thought it was a legal requirement for it to have some type of identifier on it, but this was void of any markings or labels or even a CE mark.

As poor as it is possible to be to be honest.


(Thank you for responding. I’ve used adaptors to correct the port size, it’s easier to live with the wrong colour than to go through the hassle of returning it. But if you really are interested to know what went wrong the order number is 20501)

Found everything I needed to tart up my very tired 90s hard tail mountain bike for my son to take to uni.
Most components were good value, although some of the ‘ heavily discounted or sale items’ were available cheaper elsewhere at standard pricing. Guess that’s just modern marketing practices. Delivery worked well.

The central heating engineer was very courteous and organised. However, a fundamental error, in replacing the existing 2 wire thermostat with a 3 wire thermostat, resulted in the job being left unfinished and not functional. It had to be put right by a British Gas engineer.
In fairness, the chap tried his best, spending a long time to understand the issue, but was trying to diagnose something that was impossible to correct, without the use of the correctly selected component.

Only supplier I could find that had the combination of products from 2 different ent manufactures to perform a very specific repair (rooster and laser performance). Fair price, accurate description and quick delivery (only used standard and it was less than 3 days).

Perfect service.

Great value, admittedly from the clearance section.
Product arrived promptly and in perfect order, haven’t been pestered by marketing. Can’t find anything to improve upon.

Can not fault the experience, great products at good price. Considerably better than large chain shops.
