No goods and no refund

Ordered some di resin online. Vyair took my money and never sent an order acknowledgment. When I phoned them to find out why this was, they said they didn’t have stock. I therefore requested a refund and it’s been 5 days now and I still haven’t got my money back! They shouldn’t be advertising items they don’t have and certainly shouldn’t be holding onto funds that aren’t rightfully theirs. I won’t be using their services again and advise that other potential customers be wary about ordering items online as they may do the same to you!

I had a Towbar fitted today by Dave…

I had a Towbar fitted today by Dave Holland of Towbar Express. Dave contacted me prior to the fitting appt. to ensure everything was ready for him and arrived in good time. My vehicle was a bit tricky to work on but this didn’t seem to phase him. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and there was no evidence that the vehicle had been slightly disassembled. Dave went the extra mile to show me how everything worked and was very efficient and methodical in his approach to the job. I am very satisfied with the whole Towbar Express purchase experience and the work undertaken. Well done Dave & Towbar Express!

No show fitting appointment and poor…

No show fitting appointment and poor communication. Seems to be a common theme amongst others I know who have also signed up for the service. I am going to cancel as if they can’t even get a fitting appointment right, what will happen if it stops working? Edit: I spoke with them regarding the no show and was advised that the next available installation appointment was in over 2 months time 🤣 What a service!

The owner Ben is a super nice guy, very helpful and informative with great communication . He did his homework to find out the exact components I required for my build and did me a very good deal. What more can you ask for.

Review of Quzo UK

Deliberately misleading product…

Deliberately misleading product description on Quzo.net for F-GT gaming seat.

Their website clearly shows comprehensive images and specifically describes components which were not included with my order.

I eventually managed to contact Quzo.net about the issue and found them to be disinterested and less than helpful just stating that they could sell me the missing items separately for an additional £119.
The manufacturer, (Next Level Racing), includes the components in the package for an RRP of £518 and Quzo's price reflects this included package price being advertised as originally £560 and reduced to £395. They even had the cheek to try and accuse me of trying to be fraudulent by asking them to make good what their listing included!
I also found communication with them very difficult as they do not answer the phone or respond to emails and I have had to go through the PayPal resolution centre to try to get a solution. They have also failed to responded to my request to return the product in exchange for a refund which is against my consumer rights.
I suggest that other buyers save themselves the hassle that I’m unfortunately having to go through and buy elsewhere, for quite a bit cheaper. Amazon lists the item I received for £358.99

This information is clearly stated on our website and mirrors the information provided on the official manufacturer website.

I feel it's important for any other reader to point out that you attempted to extort additional products, worth over £100 from us, threatening to leave negative reviews on several sites if we did not send it out free of charge.

We have 1000's of positive reviews from our customers online both through our website, eBay and Amazon shops. We also have won the Feefo Trusted Service Award for 2020 and 2021.
