I contacted customer care to check I was buying the correct filter replacements for my Vyair RO machine. Apparently nobody who works there knows which replacement parts you need for their own machines. Now they are ghosting my emails - presumably out of embarrassment. Avoid if you want to speak to people who know about their own products.

Thank you for your candid feedback, and ouch—our customer care team just felt that roast in their souls! You’re absolutely right—knowing the replacement parts for our own machines is pretty much Customer Service 101, and it sounds like we dropped the ball here. (Not a great look for us, we admit.)
As for the ghosting—trust us, it’s not embarrassment. It’s more like a communication hiccup that we’re now kicking ourselves for. If only we could RO-wind time and make it right sooner! (Yes, we went there with the filter pun.)
