Slow and awkward company.

Ordered on 2nd August and still not delivered on 2nd Oct. Vyair are the most extraordinarily difficult company I have had to deal with just to contact and push and convey the message that something is wrong. Vyair doesn’t seem to be able to deliver coherently to customers outside of the UK.

Poor & uncoordinated support. 28813651

I placed an order on 28Dec & soon realised it was going to my old address. I contacted Littlewoods at 11:41 on 29th, & was told it would not be possible to change the address until it was in the hub. So I waited until next communication on 03Dec & called littlewoods again at 08:55. I was then told that, even if I changed the destination, it might still go to old address, & we went with cancelling the order. I got a message from littlewoods saying they had handed to Fastway couriers on 3rd. On 8th fastway emailed saying they had delivered to "safe location" "V". Their support said "This has been delivered as per the delivery instructions from Littlewoods, there is nothing we are able to do unfortunately." and they did not respond to me asking what "V" meant. I called littlewoods on 8th & they said they would pass to their team who would contact me & refund if not retrievable. Today on 14th they came back & told me there was nothing they could do. They wanted me to go to my old address & ask the neghbours opposite. This would be an hours journey from work for me & a subsequent hour home, to go on a wild goose chase that could have been avoided from the first contact, if I had been informed properly. My old address is a compact housing estate, & so far none of my former neighbours or landlord have seen this delivery. What shocking terrible poor service from both littlewoods & fastway. no refund offered. I would give zero stars if possible. Needless to say I have ordered a replacement from Amazon & all is going well.

Nice jacket but it had many stray fibres coming from the seams.

Some of the fibres pulled out easily but others appeared to still be attached to the cloth. I fear that pulling them may damage & unravel the cloth.
