Double check dimensions

I was using for a long time dutch army thermal jacket size L 7090/1520 with all the labels on it (including one in pocket), in addition my size with all dutch army surpulus items is always L.

Purchased thus same nato size same type of thermal jacket item on a UAB militar, got definitely new item, but without labels on item (only on packing bag), 5-7cm shorter on sleeve length, 8cm narrower on collar.

As mine original item had all sizing labels on it, was for sure quite disappointed on differences - just like I was looking on M size item instead of L

Contacted on replacement in 30 days period, looking for a replacement to XL model than and our communication became stale when I asked to check what is the collar half width for item company identified as XL than.

Pros: quick delivery, item condition is new as described.
Cons: I would say, I had better experience with other stores on a support, including surpulus stores for tourists.

What I expected: You have existing item with all the labels on - briefly checking params (sleeve size for L and XL are reported as same from gomilitar website) - expected to get identically sized item.

if you are selling items where major params per your site are same for L and XL (which btw differ at least on one other site which is selling the same item) , and customer measured critical parts which do not match size - spend 10 mins - do same measurements on collar , help to fit proper size including collar, arrange replacement - case closed.

What I get: email thread on 16 items, when I provided mine existing item measurements on a letter #2, and we are still not finished.

Summary: no final summary actually, speaking famous movie phrase "3.6 roentgen, not great, not terrible" - one should at least neutral experience with the shop, however you should not expect much from support, as advertised on a site.

Your feedback is much appreciated. Such structured and argumented reviews are more than we can exprect from our customers.
I totally understand what you expected and what you got.
Also understand about long conversations that you would like to avoid when you got wrong item/ incorrect size, but please understand us also, we trying to look deep as we can into all issues and those extra questions or actions you had to do is only for get know where issue appeared, in sorting department or in packing deparment or in shop listing, we always trying to ensure that same issue wont appear anymore for anyone. Sorry that we took your time.
Also I'm quite sure that support from our store (I'm not support person) didn't told you that you cant return item or won't get refund/replacement, as we always on our client side to ensure best experience.
And about asking support to measure other items and so on, in our company each person have them own responsibilities and customer support person just can't go to our warehouse and do whatever they want.
To sum it up, your feedback is really appreciated and write response was pleasure for me.
Hope that you aren't very disappointed about us and will give us one more try in the future.

Purchased a printer - crosborder warranty

Purchased a printer - 0 worldwide warranty coverage

Unfortunately, when you are purchasing printer in Europe, by using cross-border purchase, you immediately got into trouble with a warranty support.

Saying, if you've purchased printer in DE,
BROTHER CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE GmbH will reject to register and service it, and more over communications are held in not so polite form.
Support is generally - ground level.
You would also not be able to register that on brother.de, if you have address in other country.

From good points - while printer works - and no need for a support, things are quite good.

- No support (probably outsourced to Chinese guys)
- No GDPR compliance (ignoring)
- Russian baked business
- Phone contact for Latvia presence is fake (you will never get a human person there

UPD, as I got new response from joom

What happened next? They put a strike on trustpilot claiming that I never had a contact or relation with them, thus I had to prove to trustpilot that my experience was real.

Will I ever give a second chance to them? No way. So many adequate alternatives exist.
