Its been 9 days since my order I haven't received it, they can respond to mails but no assurance, how can this store be available? Despite of all negative reviews, they may look like legit but theyre scamming people

Hello, the order came in when the item had an unknown delivery date. This had been and still is being shown for the item in the webshop.
Our support team had given the information, that we would soon get stock from our suppliers. We'd like to apologize for the unclear information.
