If I could give this company a minus 5 rating, I would. Bought product online. They said free shipping if you spend $75.00 dollars. I spent twice that amount. I called immediately after I purchased the order. I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They said don't worry, we'll refund the shipping charges after it ships. We'll that didn't happen. I emailed them and they said it would take 7 to 10 days for the refund to show up on my account. Ten days passed and no refund. I received an email that they just received my return request and it will be 7 to 10 days before it shows up in my account. What a bunch of bullshiot This is s scam company that is stealing money from their customers. I will NEVER buy another product from this rip off company. Also I am posting on the social media what a low life company this is. You are warned.
Armani rubbish T shirt.
Purchased EA7 T from Chester
Tessuti in December sale and washed twice on 2 month cruise to Australia in January. Washed again on return in March and not used again until May when I realised defects in cotton fabric, some had already turned to holes. Tessuti closed down when I returned home. Noticed on bank account that card payment was to Sports direct so spoke to them who referred me to Flannels in Chester who were helpful and gave me customer service e mail. Twice e mailed no reply. Tried Armani shop in Cheshire Oaks, answer, should have bought from them and referred me back to Flannels! Flannels don’t have phone number for their customer service department but took photos of defects and e mailed again. I gave them my e mail and phone number and three weeks later nothing. Would not buy from Flannels or Armani in U.K. again. This is expensive clothing which is rubbish, £85 in sale!

EA7 Not a quality that you would expect from this brand. The quality of workmanship is bad. The products are losing the label that is just glued to the fabric. The tennis shorts are purely designed. The tennis balls in the pocket are hanging outside of the shorts.

I ordered a tracksuit online and paid full amount of AUD 260 then needed to return it.
As per Armani return and refund policy in their website, they supposed to deduct AUD 20 for return shipping and refund me AUD240 however they just refunded me AUD 216.36 with no reason!
I tried to contact them. There were no contact phone and i had to use contact form in a website and write to them. I contacted them 3 times however I have not received any response!
They ripped me off by AUD23.64 and ignore all my emails!
Such a big shame from big brand! very impolite and rude and they rip you off!
Never will buy from them again!

Sole fell off Armani shoes
I purchased shoes in NY for a wedding for $600. I live in LA. A few months after buying the shoes, the sole FELL OFF, even though I wore them very minimally. I called Armani for directions and after over 30 minutes on the phone with an imbecile and then speaking to a supervisor, I was told to find a friend or relative on NY to return my shoes at the original store. Armani quality now mirrors Kmart, and the customer service is outsourced to the Philippines. I ended up throwing the shoes in the trash because Armani does not stand behind their product. Armani definitely lost a former life long customer.

Slowest shipping from a retailer
This is for Armani Beauty Canada. I ordered a foundation during their sale. I'm from the same city that they ship out of... it's been two weeks and nothing! I called their customer service multiple times and all they could say was "it's not shipped out yet"... I know! Then they said, "we can give you a return label". To return what?? And then they told me to wait another week and when I asked what would be the next steps after that and they said "I don't know". I know what the next step for me will be - a chargeback with my bank.

Last year in March, I bought for my husband 3 bracelets for an anniversary gift from Emporio Armani Exchange in Florence. One of them broke and the other was faulty. We live in Australia, we went to the store in Melbourne and had no luck. We thought when we go back to Florence this year in August, we will go back to the store where I purchased them. I knew that it was over a year ago but we thought we can only try our luck. We were very fortunate to have Donatella, the sales assistant that helped me decide which ones to buy last year, Benedetta, the store manager and Christina, the other sales agent. All 3 sales assistants went above and beyond with their customer service. We were very appreciative for their assistance and to be truthful, I didn't expect this outcome. Thank you so much Donatella, Christina and Benedetta for your exceptional customer service. I am sure you have made the brand, Armani, very proud!
Lenses ruined for no reason
My Armani glasses are now ruined because some sort of film that covers the lenses started coming off. The customer service treated me with “no reply” emails denying any responsibility as this is apparently not the lenses quality and in general nothing to do with them! I have been offered to buy “discounted” sunnies as they are still “taking care of my business” which I googled right away and learnt that I can get cheaper anywhere else. Don’t think that if you spent a lot of money you get the quality and your business is secured.

The customer service is appalling and UPS are no better. I was asked to confirm my address and have done so several times and still nothing! I requested a refund but Armani won't give it and there's no explanation. Not to who to contact to help me get my money back!

So after TEN months of pure stress and over 200 emails I finally receive a response from ILARIA ‘in charge of supervising the Armani Client Service Team’ introducing herself and offering me a 30% discount that I previously refused (I will never buy with Armani again) I just wanted an explanation to a complaint from someone in authority after TEN months. Eight emails after contact from ILARIA and no response, apart from an email saying my complaint has been resolved? No it hasn’t. No wonder Armani has such poor customer service with ILARIA at the helm. Do not buy from this company, save yourself the trouble.

I am writing to express my disappointment in respect of shopping at one of your outlets in Kildare Village, Republic of Ireland.
Last week I shopped at the above mentioned store, I paid the amount through card after the amount was communicated by the store assistant. I didn't check the invoice then, but somehow after few minutes I thought let's check it once only to realise that I have been scammed (as price tags are removed at check out but not checked). A number of items marked at €55 was charged at €62 (see invoice attached). I went and raised this at the counter, took a similar item from the store to point out the correct price to the store assistant. The store assistant checked and had to correct the invoice, but told me that they can only issue credit note and not the amount as they don't issue refund. This is atrocious, they charge wrong price and don't issue refund saying it's not in policy to refund. Terrible customer service!

As a loyal customer with a long history of purchasing from Armani, I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with their lack of flexibility and understanding. I recently tried to return an item due to an emergency that prevented me from meeting their 20-day return policy. Instead of showing any compassion or flexibility, or even asking for more details Armani flatly refused my return.
Adding insult to injury, I bought two suits and both of them came in the same cover – how cheap can they be? To make matters worse, the shoulders are weirdly tailored, making them look extremely pointy and not at all the quality I expect from such a brand. Armani is failing in every aspect.
This is not the level of service or quality I expect from a high-end retail brand. It's shocking to see that Armani is so desperate for sales that they are unwilling to accommodate a loyal customer in a genuine emergency. I will certainly think twice before making any future purchases and will be sharing this horrible experience with others. #Armani #CustomerServiceFail #DisappointedCustomer #LuxuryBrandFail
Too much bad
The customer service is equally terrible. When I reached out to report the quality issues and request a refund, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. The representatives were rude and seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. It took several attempts just to get a response, and even then, they refused to provide a full refund or a reasonable solution.

Very unhelpful. Very hard to return or exchange items. They delivered my order to a pick up point and not to my address. and to return and item you have to fill out many forms and take it back to a pick up point. there are no options for it to be picked up.
