Think before you spend your money
A week ago, I bought an electronic gift card. I bought it, so I paid 100 euros. I still haven't received the card; requests on the Nike website have been unsuccessful. DON'T BUY NIKE GIFT CARDS ONLINE, YOU WON'T GET THEM. I don't have a Nike gift card nor money. I think that's called fraud.

Due to an error
Due to an error, two return packages were swapped by the shipping company. As a result, Nike received a return order that was actually meant for Eyda.dk.
I contacted Nike and inquired about the order, which they confirmed was in their possession. They asked me to provide proof that the order was mine, and I sent them the receipt from my Eyda order.
Now, almost three months have passed. I’ve called and emailed so many times I’ve lost count, and nothing has happened.
Despite promises to return the package to me, no one in Nike’s support or warehouse has taken any action. The return package is worth 1,500 DKK, and it’s now too late to return it to Eyda.
I am deeply disappointed that Nike is not more professional and does not provide the support they promised.
I will not shop at Nike again and strongly advise others against doing so.

The sizing of T shirts are not good. I have tried to return. I was outside the 30 day window. The items are still selling on line but they still refused even though faulty. Very bad customer service.

I bought shoes for my son. After 3 weeks of waiting a scabby delivery company called “uniuni” said they tried to deliver tue package at 430 on THANKSGIVING SUNDAY! But were unable to complete because the address was a PO Box! Complete lies and lazy service. I refuse to order anything who uses this company. Unfortunately I am not able to give a zero star but to make sure people are aware my last 2 deliveries have arrived in an open and torn box with the content of the boxes on the floor when items have not arrived Nike refuse to issues refunds or send out the items that have been missing if you want to buy Nike items do it away from the website and app as 3rd parties seem to care bout the product arriving time and all of the contents being present.
Disappointed with Both Men’s and Women’s Nike Products
I’ve always been a loyal Nike customer, but lately the quality and service have really gone downhill. The men’s shoes I bought started falling apart after just a few weeks of normal use — the sole came loose and the stitching looked cheap. On the women’s side, my partner’s leggings lost their shape and color after only a few washes, even though we followed all the care instructions.
What’s worse is the customer service experience. When we reached out, the response was slow and unhelpful, basically suggesting it was our fault. For a brand that charges premium prices, the quality control and support are seriously disappointing.
Nike used to stand for durability, comfort, and style, but now it feels like you’re paying for the logo rather than the performance. Definitely not the same brand it used to be.

Ordered through the app on the 7th October and told delivery would be by 9th October. Tracking indicates Royal Mail don’t even have the order.
Customer service is non existent, just telling me “You can wait”, not answering any of my questions or concerns.
Also claimed they "guaranteed” delivery today, a Sunday, which Royal Mail do not deliver on and even their terms and conditions state "business days".
No signs of a refund or resulting, just told I now have to wait "another 8 days".
I get things go wrong, but the customer service is absolutely dire and useless.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service experience in a long time. Took an hour on their online chat, when all I wanted is a label for a faulty product (which I still don’t have).

Absolutely disappointed. For such a big brand like Nike, I never expected to receive a product with creases. I bought a brand new AF1 trainers and I get a creased one? This should have been my gift for my son, how am I supposed to give this for his birthday. Terrible..
