I am writing this to bring to your notice that I am very much disappointed with Armani product and services. I bought a pair of jeans from their Halton hills, Toronto premium outlet store which is defective. It’s running colour and ruined my couches and under garments as well. I went to Armani store for refund and compensation wherein got a rude and adamant store manager who is not ready to do anything except exchange. Firstly, he didn’t accept that it’s a defective product but when I showed in other pair in the store which is running colour too, only then he accepted. I can’t believe this kind of bad service and product quality from brand like Armani. The product price in your store is $550 which is even higher than most of luxury brands.
Never buy from Armani, worst quality, unreasonable prices and worst customer service.

I purchased a wallet as a gift on Friday at 1.30pm, I paid an additional $30 for Saturday Delivery.
The website says 'Delivery is guaranteed this Saturday for orders placed on weekdays until Friday at 2 p.m. EST, with the exception of local holidays.'
Monday came around and my order has still not shipped. I called the customer service and explained the above, to which she said it is processed on the next working day - so I had essentially paid the most expensive form of shipping to wait the longest amount of time to receive it.
I explained on the phone what it states on their website that it says 'THIS SATURDAY' and that it was guaranteed. No mention of it being processed on the next working day - unless it was after 2pm of course.
She put me on hold twice to check these details - both for long periods of time. I think she was trying to make me give up - on the second time she took me off hold after waiting over 10 minutes and then just hung up. I couldn't believe it.
This was a birthday gift - and an expensive one that I saved for. I feel cheated and awful that the recipient will not receive it on time now.
Better off shopping at a high street chain, better value and better customer service.

I bought one of there trousers for my husband as a present less than a month ago. He had been wanting to buy it for some time but because of the price tag he was always unsure so I decided to buy it him. However he has now worn this only 3 times and all the EA7 logo at the side of the trousers has come off eventho i paid £92 for it in JD. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this trousers i dont understand why its so poorly made that it wouldn’t even last a month.
Therefore i suggest never paying so much money for their products as it doesn’t last good few months.

I bought a jacket and at the first wash it became a piece of garbage, all the fluff gathered and the yellow color came out on the outside, the jacket being white, I contacted Armani and they offered £25, the jacket costing £190, I do not recommend disposable products

Purchased 7 pairs of Armani jeans 6 months back I’ve been wearing 2 pairs here and there and the dye from these jeans is coming off even after being cleaned a lot of times the colour between a new pair and the pairs I’ve been using look 2 different colours,where I lie and sit on the sofa the colour of the jeans has come off into the fabric,I rung customer service which was a waste of time they say they only support a warranty or a complaint if they were purchased from their website and not their shops or retailers of their products and there’s nothing they can do for me,what a total load of rubbish no wonder they’ve only got 72% of their feedback is one star,and if I could of given no star I would never buy from these people a total con with inferior chinese material probably so just beware of your warranty as you ain’t got one
Cannot get any worse
Would give zero stars if that was possible. Quite possibly the worst, Customer Service experience I have ever encountered. It’s now been over 31 days since I returned my item and I have still not received a refund. Customer service are so rude and never even respond to emails. I’ve had to escalate this and raise the dispute with my credit card company. I have been buying Armani clothes in stores for 35 years. This is my first online purchase, I will never ever buy from them again . Avoid at all costs.
Oh and i bet nobody from armani will even respond to this.

I then get a tracking number which does not work.Then an email from Armani cancelling the order due to a technical issue with UPS.

How can the best become the worst?!
I am kind of heartbroken over the experiences of the past few months. I have been a long time customer of Armani, hoowever I have placed 3 orders that were canceled by a technical glitch, spoke with countless people who reassured me it would be fixed and asked me to place the order again. I used to love the brand and don't understand how the best can become the worst. The service, packaging all has declined.

I ordered a tracksuit for my boy, unfortunately did not fit, I originally asked for an exchange and sent it back with the returns label, to find that the item was sent back left outside my house???
I then called to cancel exchange last week Thursday and was told I needed documents to put on the outside of packaging, I said that I only received a returns label nothing else, week later I'm still waiting, I was told by one guy will get an email ref to documents within 3 hours, yesterday was told upto 3 working days, 3 days its been a week, and asks to speak to a manager who wasn't available then nor today and asked for a call back.
Still nothing not surprised long as they have your money they simply don't care.
Time is ticking and need this sorted, never buying from you again, 1st time I bought something online and what an outrageous customer service,

I would give zero stars if I could - all they ask you to do is ‘kindly wait’ they say 8 business days, I have been waiting for 16 days so far for my item which apparently has been damaged, then lost - and now they ask me to wait another 8 days !! The fact is Armani - you have a lot of my money, my item - you are scamming people out of money which I have now reported to PayPal as you should either send the item or refund - not do nothing - I will take legal action against this company now and more people should do this, see what compensation they have to pay for fraudulently keeping my money

The worst customer service. I purchases over $4,000 in merchandise and paid for expedited shipping. I only received one item within a week. It has been over three weeks now and I still have received the rest. I called the customer service 4 times and sent several emails trying to get an update and every time hear that it has been escalated to the next department and they do not know anything else. When I ask to cancel the order they tell me they can not do anything about it.
I spent easily 20K in the past couple of years with them and expected to get atleast some sort of service but instead just a huge dissapontment.

Armani sold me the automatic watch which stopped working after less than a year, they didn't want to issue me a refund or to give a new similar watch. Instead they offered me to have it repaired. Fossil makes watches for them, I sent the watch there. The cost to repair it is $128 which Armani refuses to cover. Will I buy anything from this company - never ever.

I bought a flip flops from Armani a year ago to my friend as a birthday prezent. He was only wearing them at home, nothing special. On one flip flop on side that was glued went weak and peeled off. My boyfried flip flop from Primark last longer than those.... they are 3 years old and he's wearing them like a crazy and there is nothing wrong with them and those from Armani...joke... wasted money and they were not even wear that often. OMG i do not know what to sat. We bought them a year ago in the shop so i do not even have receipt for them :/ lost monet, posh logo worth nothing. Great if you do not use it for long...
Bag looks very fake
I bought this bag for $280 from Emporio Armani Australian online store, delivery as the website will be 3-6 days, but we received email from a Chinese website that they received the order and it’s on the way, order delivered after almost 3 weeks.
The quality of the finishing is so poor, the bottom of the bag is white cardboard and stitched to the sides, no lining at all, the inside of the bag is just the back side of the outside leather. Contacted the company and requested a return and refund, they advised me, we can’t help as bag been used, when I didn’t use it at all what so ever.
A $50 bag from Harris Scarf looked so much better and genuine than this Emporio Armani bag.
Be careful when dealing with their online store.

Worst experience bought an armani cross body bag not cheap the colour on the front faded after a few months I've counted them about this issue through email and through website to receive no response if your charging high amount for your products at least have a good after sale team to respond wasted money as it's now faded

I ordered for Armani Exchange Sneakers in eco-suede mesh and nylon and Armani Exchange Black Logo Backpack on 16.8.23 and shipped to my friend's house in UK. The package arrived on time on 23.8.23 and shipping was free. I received regular notifications and the tracking was on point. I was also equally impressed with the quality of the products. I would highly recommend purchasing from Armani.Com directly as opposed to other third parties online stores.

I made a large order of gifts to take abroad with me. One of the items didn’t fit and I emailed them to ask if they would allow me to return the item passed the 20 days return policy as I am not physically in the country and unable to do so. They response was beyond disappointing. It made me understand that they don’t value their consumers and i we are nothing but $$$ to them. Such a shame.
