2 tyg czekalem na zamówienie online . Podczas dodawania zeczy do koszyka wszystko bylo dostepne . Po czym po 2tyg dostalem wiad ze niestety nie ma moich zeczy w aptece . Ciekawe jak to sie stalo gdy udalo sie wszystko nabyc w aptece z miejsca oczywiscie po wiekszej kwocie niz online . Nie polecam tej apteki to ewidentne oszustwo klienta

Not recommended

Definitely not recommended. I do have yearly membership paid full in advance. After 6months due to personal circumstances I can't use anymore . I request for refund and replay was not able to proceed refund in my case . Never pay full amount for one year in advance. I would like to highlight is not employee fault just only how the system runs.

Parcel still not received. Customer service said the have to wait for information from delivery company and like that every time when I email them . Big company but when is the issue looking to avoid takes responsibility. Not recommended

Definicja not recommended. Customer service unprofessional. I still waiting for my parcel after paying custom charge and contact with customer service and even I make a complaint. No one responded. I can see parcel seating on the depot .

Parcel not delivered and I keep getting…

Parcel not delivered and I keep getting the same reply from customer service. Under investigation. I purchase Nike men shoes for £200 on 1st April 2023 parcel supposed to be delivered by 10th April 2023 today already 18th April still waiting for it . I'm sure there need to be any deadline for Investigation or JD can do Investigation with delivery company but I would like to request a full refund. Maybe now someone from customer JD will take my report seriously.

Definitely not recommended. Unprofessional customer service. Second time when driver can't find my address. Previously I was informed the won't happen again and driver will be instructed. And second time and my parcel again was for collection on the depot 30-40 minutes driving distance and no one seems to take responsibility. Just sorry not happen again and that's all .

Definitely avoid this delivery company even when has been changed for everi . From experience nothing been changed for better service . Few examples parcel send on 16th march still not delivered , two parcel send before yesterday for next day delivery one I received message was damaged in transit second one was delivered with some missing . All issues reported but the service works exactly the same like Hermes . Than I can see nothing was change just the name of the company

Not happy about customer service

Not happy about customer service . Few days ago I email the agency regarding the room for rent on the website. Two days after agency contacted with me if I still interested . I was happy for them to arrange the viewing . I was waiting another 1day and when I call them back I was informed the waiting for landlord to approve I was waiting another day and when I call them again I was informed the property are not longer available . Unprofessional and from point of me customer have to begging for property .

Unprofessional customer service

Yesterday again I did try to contact with someone who dealing with my claim I was transferred in to another number than like 2minutes after was just instructions to left a voicemail . I did left a voicemail and same situation non communication from new law company I can see the very smart to take your case but after that I can see from my experience you are forgotten person and when you need it any update regarding the from forgot about it . Unprofessional I don't know how the can treat customers like that I'm looking forward to move in to different company . Totally west of my time . Definitely not recommended .

Dear all . I was in the shop on Saturday at 2pm to posted my parcel by Hermes . Shop salesman refused to accept my parcel and said that not accepted parcels till Monday morning due to no collection by Hermes driver . On the website information regarding parcels collection said clearly 7days a week . Additional to it Customer service was unprofessional and ignored me when I requested contact nr to shop manager the respond was manager is off today . Definitely avoid this shop with address below . Returned parcel for refound get missing

Almost a month ago I did send it back my parcel for refound . Few days ago I contacted to customer service to see what happen . I was informed the item can not be accepted for refound as was a part of boundle and I have to come and collect from the store . I had been in the store today and the can't find my parcel . Even manager said the don't know . Unprofessional customer . Even on my previous complain someone take the action and contacted with me by email I provided all requested information and what thats all no one come back to me . I can see my returned parcel for refound been lost and no one wants to take responsibility now .
