Extremely Disappointed with Armani Exchange Pavilion – Poor Quality & Misleading Products
I purchased a wallet and belt set from the Armani Exchange store at Pavilion Mall, Kuala Lumpur, for around RM 400, and was shocked at the quality. The items looked and felt completely defective — more like something you’d find at a roadside stall than from an international brand.
For comparison, I later bought a wallet from Zara for a quarter of the price, and its quality was far superior.
It’s disappointing and unacceptable for a premium brand to sell such poor-quality products at such high prices. Stores like this damage customer trust and make people feel cheated. Armani Exchange should seriously review the products they sell in Malaysia, as customers are being ripped off under a luxury label.
Sustainable cotton is just an excuse to charge 500 bucks for a ten cent item
This is twice now iv had to consider if my product is counterfeit or legit I payed just under $300 for a Armani exchange blue edition hoodie in the. Pic on the asos sight the jumper looks thick and warm quality fleece material when arrived the material is that shiny polyester but the tag still says it’s cotton the material is about as thick as a bandana and meant to be for winter this is over priced really cheap horrible looking material and it seems the counterfeits are 100000 times better quality than the actual a Armani brand it’s been hit and miss with every purchase I make every thing from Armani them selfs Ali’s crap cheap quality I wouldn’t put out if it was on fire when I purchase it from other retailers it seems really good quality material I feel like a complete fool knowing iv played $300 for something made out of recycled plastic bottles if it cost u 5cents to make dont charge $300 simple this susatainable values is just a big joke charging people hundreds of dollars for a item made from a 10 cent recycled coke bottle iv given up on online shopping but most of all iv given up on these yuppy brands charging like a wounded bull for complete crap next time il lay my self and reach in the toilet and play with my fecies would be more satisfying than this cheap crap

The shirt, made of Wisconsin, was damaged after the first wash. The store rejected the warranty because they believed the material could behave this way and it’s acceptable. The money wasn't returned and not exchanged for another one.

This is a terrible online store with disgusting customer service. They do not solve problems but ignore the customer! They did not send part of the order and do not respond to messages!!!!
Return and Customer Service
This is the first time I bought a product directly from armani website and is going to be the last time too.
Product: I bought a belt for my dad. It is not mentioned with all the measurements in it. The size of the buckle is very small like kids style when we see it in real but in website it looks little bigger that the real.
Returns: The worst experience I ever had. Such a dead slow process. They said it will take 10 more days to refund my money. My return was delivered to them on Jun 18, 2025.
Customer service: They are not at all polite. They are talking so rude and they are trying to do tit for tat kind of behavior. They are not asking what details they want from our end clearly and when I asked them again for more clarity, they are responding with so much arrogance and they dropped the call on face. Very arrogant behavior.
I don't recommend to buy their products especially from their website. Any other online or offline customer service and refund processes are far more awesome than Armani.
Terrible smell of new jeans
Terrible smell of new jeans. Ive bought armani exchange jeans. What can i say? The smell is terrible as fuel, when i took it in my hands, this smell moved on my hands too. This jeans is dangerouse for health!!! They say:" our jeans is highest quality", but in reality it smells as cheap china clothes, smell is so terrible and intensive, that i hided it into 3 packages, my nose stopped to breathing normally, its like allergy at smell of this jeans. I juess, armani uses cheapest paint and cheapest technology in manufacture
Dont advice anybody to buy armani jeans. Since now i will ignor armani totally, they jeans poisons me, customer.

The general manager at the Tulalip Washington outlet mall is rude irresponsible and basically if you’re a former employee of the place, he says you’re a distraction and you can’t even come into the store or he threats and call Mall Security on you basically he’s rude so don’t shop at Armani or Armani exchange at the outlet mall Apparently the general manager does not think that being responsible and professional is part of his job too
Defective piece delivery
I had bout a purse from Mumbai airport which started chipping in almost 3 months without using. When i went to airport for the exchange they said no details found in the computer of billing and further can be clarified on any of the store. I went to store in Jio world where they said they will get back to me. Buy no one reverted. That small bag was almost of 20K which i did not use at all.
Was sad to see the way Armani exchange dealt with the customer.
Really a bad experience. Would not recommend anyone to buy from there.

Was sent damaged clothing, Armani “service” reply is full of all kinds of speculative excuses, including extremely stupid ones which should not be coming from any business. They are not interested in confirming, gathering information and facts before even telling me they will do nothing. I have spent 1000s on Armani, but in future it will be zero because of your amazingly bad service.

I did shopping at Mumbai T2 Aiport , amount 69990 Rs debited from my upi and they said we haven’t received and not given me the product . Store person given me number of his manager mr Arshad I called and did whatsapp message as well as I have shared statement of bank which reflect IST debited from my account , then after several calls and as well as I visited their delhi select city walk store they called the guy Arshad and then he said it will reflect in 48 hours in their account and then they will refund . Now it’s more than 4 days nothing response nor they are taking my calls , not responding my messages and neither I have received yet my hard earned money . Looks like these are fraudster , and pathetic customer service provider. I will never recommend to do shopping from Armani charge pathetic store , pathetic ethics , pathetic customer service .

first time I ordered some jeans pants and without knowing they were outlet item and I could not return second time I ordered I made sure Before purchase, the jeans are not outlet however, after purchasing, they move the jeans to outlet item and refuse the return. I’m a long time Armani exchange customer over 20 years.
As I stated to the customer service, the website should inform customers before they purchase any item that this is an outlet item and you cannot return in BOLD FOUNT

Watch what you order from them. Ordered something for a Christmas Gift and it was way too big & they said I can't return it, it's a final order - no returns. No where on there when I ordered it did it say that. I'm done with Armani.
Good products with really bad customer service
They have really good quality products but one of the worst customer service ever, the only one time i contacted them about resolving a return issue and after i tried 2 times sending e-mails they didn't even bother themself to answer !

Stupid product, I took winter jacket from Clark’sburg Premium outlet and it doesn’t hold the Maryland winter wheather I went to return and they are saying they do not have return only they can exchange. Even they have not mentioned in the store that there is no return only exchange.

Absolute poop products. Especially the Eyewear. I can't believe yall sell this poop for the prices you do with the absolute poop quality of materials. Worst brand to ever be put on a shelf.
