"I want to share my unfortunate experience with a pair of Armani Exchange sneakers (model XUX052 XV205). I purchased them a few years ago and wore them only twice—once during a trip to Greece and another time for a walk in Copenhagen. After the second wear, I ended up with severe bruising under my big toenails (see the photos). This happened after just one day of wearing them, and I was shocked because the sneakers still look almost brand new with no visible signs of wear.
I contacted Armani customer service, provided all the photos and evidence. Unfortunately, they refused to acknowledge the issue, citing that the warranty had expired and that this was supposedly not a manufacturing defect.
So I want to caution other consumers: even if you wear brand-name sneakers carefully and infrequently, you might encounter such unpleasant consequences, and the brand’s support might not help. Please be cautious when choosing footwear and take this experience into account to avoid similar situations."

Horrible scammers ! I have ordered 6 items because they were on sale , I receive email that 2 items are not actually in stock , I call them straight to cancel my order and they said they can not cancel as is been shipped , asked them to provide tracking number but they do not have ! I said I did not want the order without the 2 items , MEANWHILE THE 2 ITEMS STILL SHOW THEY ARE IN STOCK , just to make people place orders on their website and then half of the order is not in stock actually , you pay £13 for delivery for only 2-3 shirts ! On the phone , Anastasiia from client service was disgusting , she claimed to give me a free shipping so I can order other items and when she was about to give me the code she acted like “hello ? I can not hear you “ , this happened TWICE over the phone ! What a scam ! There is no refund for the 2 items which are not in stock actually!

I ordered a perfume as a gift with a personalized engraving, and what I received was shocking. The engraving was tiny, the font was unattractive, and worst of all, the text was auto-capitalized without my consent.
During the order, the system gives you no font choice, no size option, and no preview of how the final engraving will look. I typed the name as I wanted—but they changed it, and then claimed it “matched what I submitted.” How can you say that when I was never shown the final output?!
I contacted support multiple times. They just repeated that it’s “standard procedure” and offered me a 10% discount on my next order—as if I’d ever trust the process again 🤣🤣
Armani is supposed to stand for elegance and luxury. This experience was misleading, frustrating, and unacceptable.

Once I downloaded it, I realized it wasn’t a real invoice - it was just a purchase order without any invoice number. And when I asked customer service to issue an invoice, I was told, “No, we cannot issue you an invoice.”

Basically he forbid me from going in his store or a ax because he says I’m a distraction when all I’m doing is visiting in a friend that works there and dropping off drinks or food for her And he’s threatening to call Mall Security on me because I am a distraction so please do not shop in Armani or Armani exchange because the manager treats you like shit and as a former employee of Armani and now I’m a considered a customer of the outlet mall Tulalip do not shop at the Armani Tulalip store or the Armani exchange store because the general manager, he’s not very professional do not shop in both stores

I purchased a shirt. The product I got is completely different to what I ordered. The tag is matching to what I ordered but the actual shirt is of different size and completely different model. They are taking ages to process my return request.

Appalling “service.” Janis in Armani “Client Service responded to me receiving damaged clothing not by questions and gathering and confirming facts but a “throw every speculative excuse at the wall and see if any sticks” approach but without even seeing if any stuck, in the same one reply they concluded they have no responsibility because of their (unfounded and not fact-checked) speculations. For example one of their many totally different laims is that I have washed the clothing. The time of arrival and time of email sent would make that impossible to wash and dry clothes, even if I was totally mad and did so. They also claim someone could have opened the parcel instead of asking if it was sealed on arrival. Zero interest in gathering information and making a reasoned decision. The pinnacle of arrogance and idiocy in their response was that they had no previous recorded claims about this kind of problem therefore my problem cannot be accepted and recorded. A claim does not require that your “shipping team to have identified any similar issues” using this methodology no new claims could ever be permitted by Armani since there were no “similar issues.” Logical fallacy. You’ve now lost customers, plural, forever, over your awful attitude and unprofessional conduct.
Terrible CS
The worst company I have dealt with , absolute joke , from the CS team on the 0800 number to my store in Cheshire Oaks. No one has a clue about any promotions and you speak to people who just do not understand plain English. All they do is repeat what you say. Armani was once a powerhouse but not anymore. Other brands have taken the CS to another level whilst Armani have stayed behind.
The email I received also said that the promotion starts on Friday 02 June 2025 but as far I am aware , 02 June 2025 is a Monday !! What a joke.

Well, it can be called affordable or close to this, but quality, what about quality, I had some clothes from them and my shoes are still alive, 10 years passed. No, it doesn’t seem that people have a reasonable opinion in the internet. Not for global brands , at least.:(
