Bad customer service

I called to ask them if they can deliver the marchandise to my appartement door, they say marchandise will be delivered to the building hall and if it’s stolen I should call the police. I asked to cancel the transaction wish is not treated yet, they refused. I was told ounce I receive it I should return it on my expense to them . I asked to talk to a superviser , no call return . Worst narcestic sarcastic service I had .

Beware

The quality was horrible for the price I'm paying, I would rather buy fake clothes than this! clothes not seen as online. When we tried the clothes on they did not feel worth above £20 and had a cheap feeling material. DO NOT RECCOMEND

I purchased a 6.7oz ACQUA DI GIO edt from FragranceNet.com this week. What happened to your product?! It’s awful! It smells like ‘Dollar Store hand soap’!!! Nothing citrusy fresh pleasant IN THE LEAST! I don’t buy bottles but once a year, once every 2 years so I really liked the fragrance from 15 years ago as I remembered. Thinking it was for younger, I passed on it. But I took this opportunity to buy a big bottle and guess what? It’s a changed product! Don’t tell me differently, what Ive got is GARBAGE. ITS NOT WEARABLE!! Code on the bottle matches the code imprint on the box. It has a barcode on the side. Looks genuine! Genuine GARBAGE! You should be ashamed moving product like this. My memory of a GREAT product is dashed. And now Ive got 6.7 ounces of garbage.
That is disgusting.

I thought they were a top company…

I thought they were a top company clearly they are not. They only sent me half of my order and 30 days later when i call they tell the rest was canceled but i didnt get a refund or a email notifcation. Why they dont even give your you money back. The ruined christmas already now i got to fight to get y money back. Stay away from this brand it's not worth the service clearly.

DO NOT BUY!!! I returned an Item over 15 days and they have received the item. The customer service agent that helped me was useless. They stated that they can’t do anything and that I could not speak to a manager about this. Worse customer experience that I’ve had in decades.

Returns logistics a disaster

I have been trying to return goods since the 19th of Dec . Apparently there is a problem with printing the return label. It’s now 19days and no refund can be actioned down to a label . It feels like a scam to hold people’s money . So far removed from the prestige of the brand . Hugely disappointing. I’ll never buy from them again

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I bought a refillable fragrance. The sprayer had a malfunction, they told me they couldnt send a seperate sprayer and eventually we came to the conclusion I would get a new bottle. I send my bottle of to them (after I emptied an almost full bottle, because of leaking hazard) and got my own bottle back with a different cap than the original. In conclusion, several months of contact resulted me in having an empty bottle with an cheap unoriginal cap on it. They refuse to answer me and resolve the issue as initially promised. Very unprofessional team of I assume young people.
I am nit buying Armani and other brands from L’oreal group anymore, they just care about taking your money and not about the customers satisfaction.

Junk cheaply made jewellery.
It will fall apart and you will have wasted big $$$ buying this overpriced crap.
I bought an Emporio Armani necklace and within weeks it just fell apart.
It was so poorly made it wasn't even worth the hassle of attempting to have it repaired.
The Authenticity Guarantee is all a big con too.
This junk comes from Fossil.
The same thing also happened with an Emporio Armani men's bracelet.
The link just broke off and I had to replace it with a link from TEMU!!!
The quality of the Temu link is better quality and that is really saying something.
You are only paying for the brand name and are getting substandard, poorly made rubbish.
Better off buying from Temu.
