Would have given a zero if we could. Booked son’s first holiday on his own, when he arrived at the hotel he was informed the booking was cancelled by loveholidays - this is after checking the day before with them that all was ok - they said yes.
Called loved holidays emergency number who said they would have resolved within the hour - heard nothing back, three more calls and promises that it would be sorted and again, no callback. The hotel even tried calling them several times and left massages but got no callback. They basically left our son stranded with no assistance. We had to pay for another room for the week so he had somewhere to stay. No follow up calls or communication from loveholidays at all. Had to battle to get some of the money back and no compensation offered. This was our first time using love holidays and will definitely be the last. Avoid this company at all costs.
Regarding your below reply, he did try your post holiday form, no compensation offered, no response from your support teams. Absolutely disgraceful
