Many legends under one roof. If you are after posh brands then this is the go to place in Dublin. From top notch brands to affordable luxury......this is the one stop shop. Staff are nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

I have been a regular at the iconic Arnotts in Henry Street since last many years. The store is huge with great inventory across multiple segments. Pretty much one stop shop for several items.

I flew few times and experience has been fine. The food is okay, cabin crew and ground staff has been cooperative. The conditions of flights ✈️ departing and coming into Dublin could however be improved.

Utterly disgusting and pathetic experience in Dublin. Food came completely crushed, asked the rider to dispose it off. The Rider left the dirty packet in front of the apartment and the food packets at the side of the apartment. The Rider had no civic sense, and presumably not aware that trash has to be disposed off at bin. Deliveroo has no control over these riders, in fact most of the riders name on system vs actual rider who is delivering doesn't match. This is in fact serious as Deliveroo will have no trail if something serious happens. A so called customer service manager by the name Carl couldn't not resolve the issue and said he is person with in charge and doesn't have anyone to escalate. Finally directed me to web form under Contact Us. Utter disgrace and no wonder why majority of reviews are 1 Star.

I am writing to express my disappointment in respect of shopping at one of your outlets in Kildare Village, Republic of Ireland.
Last week I shopped at the above mentioned store, I paid the amount through card after the amount was communicated by the store assistant. I didn't check the invoice then, but somehow after few minutes I thought let's check it once only to realise that I have been scammed (as price tags are removed at check out but not checked). A number of items marked at €55 was charged at €62 (see invoice attached). I went and raised this at the counter, took a similar item from the store to point out the correct price to the store assistant. The store assistant checked and had to correct the invoice, but told me that they can only issue credit note and not the amount as they don't issue refund. This is atrocious, they charge wrong price and don't issue refund saying it's not in policy to refund. Terrible customer service!

Be aware of this shop! Please scroll down and see all the customer reviews and response from the owner on any negetive reviews. They are an absolutely unprofessional bunch with a super rude owner (the staff are much nicer though). I bought a Sofa and was given a time slot of 5 - 7 PM. The sofa (with a damage) was delivered by Alan and team at 8:30 PM and the fitters struggled for around 2 hours (after lot of swearing amongst themselves) to somehow get the sofa assembled. This doesn't stop here the fitters were totally negligent and damaged my new laminate flooring, good few planks need to be replaced now which will costing me few hundreds in labour and material. When we raised this issue they offered €200 on next purchase/ another sofa initially (totally useless to offer as I just wanted a proper sofa and assembly in the first place without damage to floor and not any discounts- these guys caused the damage). We asked for €400 to cover for the damage caused to the flooring which owner did not agree to and was quite rude when I posted the review on Facebook (emailed and responded to Facebook comments saying no more €200 for you as if we were dependent on €200 from him). He said you can go to the Consumer Court and only then we will revert. Finally, we asked them to take the damaged sofa and refund the amount, which they did. We had to write a good few emails and call them to get the refund initiated. Overall shocked at the rudeness and unprofessional attitude of the owner and the negligence of the delivery guys. Very poor service, go to a reputed professional business in the area and avoid this place at all cost. I went to Des Kelly a couple of blocks aways and the service was perfect (they didn't cause any damage to anything in my apartment during installation). Long story short avoid at all cost, and go through all negative reviews carefully.

Air India is an absolute disgrace to the airline industry. The ground staff at Kolkata is absolutely atrocious, gives a negetaive feeling from the word go. The luggage is handled in a way which no other airline would, probably not even the budget airlines.
Hopeless Customer care and a social media team. On sending a complaint they immediate used my email to send me marketing communications which is a violation of privacy. This airline should be banned from flying in the any developed country.

Really good experience with Des Kelly interiors. Antony who installed the carpet at our place did a great job.

Flipkart probably has the worst customer service on earth! Customer should definitely refrain from ordering any expensive items as I all probability they will end up getting a really cheap product delivered. Thru don't publish poor reviews on their website. The courier will then come in and refuse to pick up the item. Look for the retailer, RetailNet is a fraud retailer which delivers fake and wrong products with Flipkart's support. Particularly beaware of the nexus between Flipkart, RetailNet and Ekart.

Good experience pretty much at every stage. Rebecca Funston from customer services was very helpful and promptly responded to all my queries.
