I had very bad experience with the groupon, bought a package of 11 driving lessons, at the mean time my son had passed their practical test and I requested Groupon for refund but I was only granted a voucher, I couldn’t use the voucher on their system it was intentionally made so complicated, so I still have £54 on my account but can’t use it, emailed them so any times and rang them too all didn’t help.

I had been Zego’s customer many years, had no problem or claim as long as I was their customer, last month I had to renew my policy, they quoted me £1950 and the previous year I had paid around £1500, I asked them, why is my insurance policy gone so high! I was told that things are getting worse and expensive so that’s the reason, I told them, although I have 10years plus no claim bonus and been your policy older for many years this price rise is too much, on which basis did you think I should have to pay you that much, the Zego agent did not answer me and I left and found somewhere much much cheaper than Zego.
So, their prices were unreasonably high compared to other insurance providers.

It was very convenient to purchase my policy, my documents are easy to access at any time on my account

Extremely poor, I just wore it for couple days, and now the looks horrible, just want to let you know, whoever wants to buy this product make sure you pay for what they promise you, the one I received is one has a poor quality,
