Online customers care service not engaging with their customers
Customer care service is useless! Not engaging with their customers at all! My parcel went missing 3 weeks ago and is under investigation. They said that after 8 working days I can ask for refund or for replacement... And here we are I am still waiting for my refund!!! Do not deal with online services!!!! They are responding to you after days and days without even answering your questions
