Prompt delivery but paid for item to be personalised as it was for my husband for his birthday
But disappointed that it wasn't personalised at all

Ordered armarni code for husbands birthday .never recived .I had a message to review my order and when I told them I ordered for a present and not recived .I got a reply to say because my message didnt require the correct respond my message would not be published. So looks like the company wants you to lie .

Beautiful coat ,only thing I didn't like was. The zip didn't go all the way to the top ,so all your chest was in covered which ment if it was raining you will still get wet

Since these have taken over Hermes its customer service has gone down. I used to have a chap who was delivering to me for ages and he was so reliable,plesent and would always help if you needed him . parcels were always picked up when thay said that would and delivery was always on time. My delivery is always late ,thay never knock always leave with neighbour,

I visited Beaumont leys vision express ,for a eye test and my contact lens appointment was booked for a later time in the afternoon, but the optromanist said to stop me coming back she managed to do both ,tests excellent service , well mannered, would highly recommend

I have had quite a few items from studio and thay have so far been amazing. Some of the ladies tops are a fabulous length and are nice and big .wich are cool in the warm weather.

As i am a big lady and find it had to get tops long enough to cover all my love handles well thanks to studio's size 24/ 26 are a fantastic lengh and cheap which is another reason to buy from studio. there delivery is so far so good .
My only thing i would ask of them is to make there disney wear upto 24/26 .

My husband bought a shower ,we got a plummer to fit it .then found out it wasnt getting hot . So plummer put one of his in and worked fine . Have emailed screwfix 2 and no response, no responce to calls eaither .

Last week he also went on line for a dewalt drill said 1 in stock so he paid ,got message to say would be ready for collection on the friday after 12 .so my husband went to collect it 25 mins drive ,to be told that it wasn't there and thay was waiting for it to be delivered . .it is now wednesday and still not recived drill. So altogether £250 .00 out off pocket. Disgusting service .no cares for anyone
