Ebay continues to make the seller…

Ebay continues to make the seller experience bad. Again they tamper with your listings, eg changing now the dispatch time to 2 days (!) without your permission and mandating they sell you and control post labels. I don’t have more time to waste on these interfering stress-inducing incompetent people.

Was sent damaged clothing, Armani “service” reply is full of all kinds of speculative excuses, including extremely stupid ones which should not be coming from any business. They are not interested in confirming, gathering information and facts before even telling me they will do nothing. I have spent 1000s on Armani, but in future it will be zero because of your amazingly bad service.

Appalling “service.”

Appalling “service.” Janis in Armani “Client Service responded to me receiving damaged clothing not by questions and gathering and confirming facts but a “throw every speculative excuse at the wall and see if any sticks” approach but without even seeing if any stuck, in the same one reply they concluded they have no responsibility because of their (unfounded and not fact-checked) speculations. For example one of their many totally different laims is that I have washed the clothing. The time of arrival and time of email sent would make that impossible to wash and dry clothes, even if I was totally mad and did so. They also claim someone could have opened the parcel instead of asking if it was sealed on arrival. Zero interest in gathering information and making a reasoned decision. The pinnacle of arrogance and idiocy in their response was that they had no previous recorded claims about this kind of problem therefore my problem cannot be accepted and recorded. A claim does not require that your “shipping team to have identified any similar issues” using this methodology no new claims could ever be permitted by Armani since there were no “similar issues.” Logical fallacy. You’ve now lost customers, plural, forever, over your awful attitude and unprofessional conduct.

Atrocious, including the “complaints” team

After calling them for 1 simple thing I was told to allow 3-5 days and absolutely nothing happened. I followed their instructions how to make a complaint. “ How to make a complaint - If you’d like to make a complaint, the quickest way is to message us through our online chat.” I entered chat and nearly 1 hour still in chat the (3rd?) agent (because they keep leaving the chat) says to call the same number again and ask them to do it again! I said where is my complaint? Obviously they were wasting time playing dodge registration of a complaint/dodge work and I had to press them so another 10 mins pass waiting and finally a complaint number. Total time 59 minutes lost of my holiday plus the initial phone call.

False and misleading about how much you will receive

I made my purchase with WU after comparing to other services. Their site and app state the exact words “receiver gets” which also appears on my record with them. This was a false misleading statement which I based my purchase with Western Union on. After asking WU why the WU office I collected from took some money from this sum they replied it is tax in the country. That they deduce tax in the country is no secret (if this is correct) and so why give false information to your customer since you know exactly how much a person would REALLY receive. Furthermore WU response to my complaint did not answer this, just ignored it and only said “ our team has sent us an update in regards to the transfer 7180962346 which was collected successfully. Our team mentioned that the money transfer has been deducted with 0.4% tax applicable when receiving funds according to the local laws of the country.” ref:!00D150F40r.!5006O02PlS0J:ref TO YOUR RESPONSE: Your response serves to highlight the false and baseless way you operate, saying one thing but doing the opposite with your actions. You further demonstrate your incompetence or ethical shortcomings by introducing a strawman: the issue has never been if you control taxes, it is 100% in your control not to lie or mislead about how much your customer will receive. After trying to evade any responsibility for your false claims you tried to fob me off. When I escalated to an FSA complaint against you, you took weeks to pay me and had to be continually chased by the FSA to do what you had agreed to settle the claim.

I recommend never buying from this…

I recommend never buying from this business.
I have many items from KC but this is my last.
Here is why.


After seeing an offer of FB I bought some shoes from KC in Panamá. While travelling outside the city I kept them unused as new until I returned.
After 15 minutes of wear, 5 of which in the mall, I was sitting in Soho Mall and looked down at my shoes to see the breaks in the material.
KC response was to not help me, all they cared about was I bought them over 1 month ago as per their terms.
It didn’t matter that they fell apart on first use. It didn’t matter that they have sold goods not fit for purpose that any decent businesses would want to take back and keep you as a customer.
So I have been scammed.
I and my family will never be buying from you again, thanks to your rip-off way of treating an obvious situation as something to dodge doing the right thing.

Breaking FCA Complaint Regulations & Unbelievably Bad Service & Disinterest

After frustration and stress of receiving endless short irrelevant, repetitive and disinterested responses to my simple question about]my money being reserved for no apparent reason @help, I decided seven days ago to write asking that in accordance with the FCA regulations a complaint be raised. Guess what? Nothing. I go in chat and they disconnected me several times. Luckily I copy and paste the chat into a document because they don’t keep or send you a copy, I would have to start from zero each time if I couldn’t paste it. But they disconnected me 3 times as well as contradicting what I was told in @helpdesk messages for weeks. IG’s people seem not to care at all about my money or the FCA regulations of 3 days to solve or register complaints. Avoid.

After promising to refund just kept money and ignore me

After promising to refund cancelled flight month after month keeping me waiting and saying they “guarantee” they will get my refund done before a certain date, the next thing I get an email:

“Hi Ian,

Thank you for your email.

We kindly inform that regarding your booking no refund will be made form us.

For further queries we remain at your disposal.

Kind regards,
Customer Care Team“

Of course they never gave a reason or replied after this. I already spent a lot of time calling chasing my refund listening to their lies. Do not trust these manipulative people who will play you all the way to the end. Now looking into small claims court and notifying regulators.

Using this service for years, will stop using

Using this service for years, a fairly high lost parcel rate and no compensation unless you buy it, at which price you may as well use the competition. But slight savings. Offset by losses. So we were on the borderline. Then we had a terrible missing item experience with us spending hours in 3 chats on 3 different days because of their zero communication and inaction. First time they said they would investigate and to wait for them to be in touch. No communication happened. Same happened in second chat days later. Third chat they could not simple answer straightforward questions, ignoring, time wasting, evasive. Even when I numbered the questions and asked many times this was terrible service and stressful. My client’s patience is at their limit they have to wait also. My business is affected.
