Disappointed and lost trust in company

I’ve owned a Cluse watch since Dec 2018, and personally I love it. However, from my own, recent experience, and looking at other reviews, it seems like the company hasn’t got the capacity/ procedures or will to deal with customer service requests.

I ordered two watches in November 2019. One arrived late. I have returned it. Heard nothing. The other arrived and didn’t work. I have since heard nothing from the company.

Really disappointing and would no longer recommended or buy again.
