Lovely!

I bought my daughter some beautiful clothes in the Boden sale. They're not cheap but the quality is lovely and I really like the bright colours and child-friendly designs. Delivery was fast and everything was nicely packaged. Will definitely buy again. :0)

Constant harassment!!

I initially signed up several months ago using a special offer they were running. The flowers I received were beautiful and lasted well but I could no longer justify the subscription so cancelled.
I received a phone call shortly afterwards trying to get me to sign back up but I explained it wasn't an expense I could afford at the moment and I was very annoyed at being harassed when I'd clearly explained this.
They promised to remove my details from their system.
This week I have now had phone calls from 3 different mobile numbers I didn't know and when I typed the number into the 'Who Called Me' website, all 3 come up as Freddie's Flowers. This is harassment and I do not expect to be hounded this way. I am also registered with TPS so they are breaking the law by calling me!!
Because the flowers were so nice I would likely have signed up again when able to but now I will never go back to this company.
Stalking your customers is not the way to get repeat business!!!!

Brilliant

Brilliant! I'm a subscriber to the monthly beauty boxes, which always contain a selection of lovely products at a really good price. I've just bought a couple of their beauty advent calendars this year and they're so pretty, with the contents being of amazing value!! Very protectively packaged too.

Awful customer service.

Order no FN94911410.
I've received yet another badly damaged parcel this week with the contents of the free gift set leaking everywhere.
I only placed this order for the generous 'free gift with purchase' so it is no good to me if the gift set is destroyed.
I filled in their online form, asking how to return this order and explaining that yet again, my parcel was smashed by Evri, in part because it was not packaged securely and everything was just thrown in the box with a few sheets of flat paper on the top!
The next day I was asked to provide photos, so I sent 6 of various areas of the box, the label and the leaking products inside and again asked to return the parcel.
Today, 2 days later, I got another email asking me to send a video of the damaged products!!
All I want to do is return the parcel for a refund, as is my right when it's not fit for purpose.
I again asked how to return it and have still not had a response!!
I just found their return page, copied and pasted the order number from their order number page and am being told it doesn't recognise that number!

Please Sephora, respond to me sensibly or I will have to go through my bank and stop the payment you have taken for this damaged order.
I spend thousands a year with you, this is shocking customer service.

Lovely!

I won a competition with Natural Baby Shower for a gorgeous little pair of shoes. Their sizes were too small for my children so I chose a pair for my granddaughter and they were delivered within a few days of me winning the comp! The shoes were beautifully wrapped and Chloe was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company. :0)

Horrible flight-booking system

We've just booked for 3 families individually to go away together next summer.
The prices were really good compared to other companies but the flight bookng system is a nightmare if you've never done it before and has ended up with 2 of the 3 familes losing the original Easyjet prices and being charged quite a bit more money.
OTB give you a link to Revolut with a pre-paid card to book your flights with Easyjet separately, once you have paid the deposit.
You then have to go to easyjet to book these, but what isn't obvious is that you can only use an Apple device to book your flights as it needs to link to ApplePay in order to use the pre-paid card and this has to be on the same device.
We spent over an hour trying to book our flights on laptops late last night and each time we got to payment, we just got an error code. Easyjet then increased the flight prices so the cost was not covered by the pre-paid card!!!
One of our party eventually managed to book last night by using an ipad but the rest of us have had to resort to losing the £24 per person saving and paying OnTheBeach to book them for us as the voucher didn't cover the increased flight prices. The flights are also still higher than what we were quoted when we booked.
The system is really not user friendly and these steps should be clearly described in the booking cofirmation email. If they had been we would have had the flights booked within 5 minutes at the original prices!
If you book with this company and have to do your flights separately, make sure you do everything on the same Apple device.

I shop from them on a regular basis and everything is packed really well and delivered on time.
Customer service is helpful and friendly and their freebies are amazing!

Don't trust them with your bank details!

I've been using Avast for almost as long as I've been online. Previously the free version was always good enough but over the last few years I've upgraded to the paid-for version which is currently £64.95 a year.
Avast are constantly bombarding me with warnings that I'm being spied on etc and asking if I want to upgrade with extra add-ons.
When I decline they offer a month or 2 free and say if you cancel before this expires you won't be charged.

I had a big issue with Avast a couple of months ago when yet again, they charged me a full years subscription after I had cancelled the auto-renewal for the add-on.
I spent a very long time in a chat with an extremely pushy salesperson before she eventually agreed to refund me after trying every way she could to convince me to sign up!
I then cancelled my auto-renewal for when my virus protection ran out and cancelled the Paypal agreement too.
They have just emailed me today to say the payment has failed as they have completely ignored my cancellation and have tried to take another £65 anyway.
This is unauthorised, which makes it theft.

I will be reporting this company now to the relevant authorities and would issue a warning to anyone considering sharing their financial details with this company.
What was once a very trustworthy organisation has now become dishonest.
Something else to consider is that they also imbed themselves deep into your laptop and make it almost impossible to remove their software without causing big performance issues.
I'd steer clear altogether now.

I don't want any more contact, I just want you to stop trying to take my money without permission!

Back to crap

I've been waiting for 6 parcels totalling over £1000 of goods. 4 were due Thursday - I've received one email to say one was running late and nothing since about any of them.
One parcel was delivered yesterday out of the 6 but there have been no updates at all on the others.
If your courier was coming here anyway, why not deliver all of them??
Tried contacting Evri this morning - you just get a bot, promising a call-back that never comes.
In the meantime i have numerous customers waiting for their orders from me that I can't fulfil on time due to the incompetence and lack of human communication from this company.

Update; I have now had emails back from 2 companies to say that Evri have actually lost 3 of my parcels. The incompetency of this company would be laughable if it wasn't costing me money and affecting my business. And still no phone call from Evri as promised.

Awful

This is getting beyond a joke now. It's one thing that my parcels I've paid extra for next day delivery are being delivered several days late, but since our regular courier went on holiday last week I am waiting for one parcel that should have been delivered 2 days ago and another 2 worth over £300 were yet again dumped in someone else's garden, this time in the pouring rain!
Had the courier bothered delivering to the correct address he could have left them in the dry porchway. I now have to chase up the supplier to replace several damaged products as the boxes were sodden and no doubt, these will also be delivered to the wrong address by Evri.
Their courier that was on my doorstep for 5 minutes Saturday trying to scan his parcels could not speak English and tried handing me parcels for 2 different addresses when none were actually for me!
I've reported this to the shops I bought from and told them I will not be spending any more with them til they start using Royal Mail. I can't be bothered dealing with the constant hassle of driving around trying to locate where my parcels have been delivered and chasing up replacements.

What is going on Evri??

We've had a new courier recently who is brilliant. My parcels are always one time, his delivery estimates are spot on, my parcels arrive in perfect condition and he is really friendly.
For some reason, every time he is away I am waiting several days longer than the estimate for my parcels and they are quite often left in someone else's back garden so I have to go hunting for them!
I was due a parcel last Thursday which didn't arrive until the following Tuesday and now I have one parcel that was due yesterday (next day delivery paid for!) and one due today (paid extra again!) and neither are even showing as having left their warehouse.
The week before last I finally received another parcel 3 days late after the courier chucked it in a garden in another street and the recipient found it behind his garden chairs days later!
A couple of months ago I had a Next clothing order which was left on my doorstep late in the evening by a guy who walked up with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth!
When I've called the contact number, I have to leave an answerphone message and someone emails me several days later.
This isn't a free service, you are being paid to deliver parcels.

Now allowing large businesses to masquerade as 'private sellers'

eBay used to offer quite a fair and balanced trading site for both buyers and sellers. Unfortunately this is no longer the case for business sellers!
In response to an earlier review about them protecting businesses - they don't! They protect 'private' sellers who are actually trading but not declaring this. Those sellers get to sell what they like because they don't offer buyer protection and are bypassing UK distance selling laws.
If you want full protection, buy from someone registered as a business seller. We legally have to offer returns on everything, pay higher fees and have no protection from ebay at all any more!! The handful of dishonest buyers are abusing the system and are putting small companies out of business. I hope they'll be happy with they're left with just the huge corporations who will then charge whatever they like!

Very good recently

I buy from this company very regularly and can't fault them at the moment. They seem to have moved over to Royal Mail for deliveries now, which is great for me as the postman knows my address (unlike Evri who deliver my parcels to random addresses) and they are always delivered in excellent condition. They often have great offers and sales and stock a large range of products.

I'm still awaiting over £500 worth of…

I'm still awaiting over £500 worth of products that should have been delivered yesterday. Unfortunately Sephora only use Evri for deliveries. The tracking has not moved since yesterday morning for those 3 parcels but the 2 orders I placed yesterday are showing as being out for delivery today. There is no way to contact Sephora to speak to a person - I'm not sure this is even legal in the UK? The online chat is a bot on facebook and when you send a message it takes days to get a response from someone in a faraway country who is responding using a script. I spend thousands of pounds with this company but am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. Order numbers

Can't speak to a person to locate my lost parcels!

I'm having to leave a review in the hope I will actually get a response from a person, not an online bot that has no idea how to respond to questions!
I have a lot of parcels delivered every week and most of the couriers are brilliant (apart from one last week who delivered a Next parcel to my doorstep with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and my parcel stank of smoke!).
A new courier has started this week and has delivered 2 of my parcels a day late to the wrong address today. It has taken me well over an hour trying to locate the delivery address from the photo with no luck. One of the parcels contains something I need for today, which is why I paid extra for next day delivery and all I can see is a photo of someone else's garden - no idea where!
I have submitted a report to Evri for both parcels but am unable to speak to a real person at all. I've just been told by the bot that someone will call me within 24 hours.

Excellent service

I nearly marked my email from APC as junk as I wasn't expecting a parcel but the email looked legit so I clicked on the link and was given a 2 hour delivery window for a surprise parcel.
My parcel was delivered in the earlier part of the time slot and was immaculate. The driver was friendly and polite.
Added bonus was that it was a competiton win in the box so happy all round! :0)

Took nearly £80 extra from my bank!!!

I had an Asda food delivery last week totalling just over £120.
For some reason Asda have a really stupid system when you check out then amend your order!!
They charge the cost of your original shop to your bank and then charge a second payment for any amendments you make, rather than just charging for the whole shop upon checkout like every other supermarket do.
I've just checked my statement and they have charged me nearly £80 twice as well as a payment of £45 then refunded 41p they originally overcharged. If I wasn't good at maths I could easily have overlooked this.
I now have £80 pending on my bank that shouldn't have been charged!
I used Asda as a change to Tesco and Sainsburys as they appeared cheaper but I will not be shopping here again.
