Awful

This is getting beyond a joke now. It's one thing that my parcels I've paid extra for next day delivery are being delivered several days late, but since our regular courier went on holiday last week I am waiting for one parcel that should have been delivered 2 days ago and another 2 worth over £300 were yet again dumped in someone else's garden, this time in the pouring rain!
Had the courier bothered delivering to the correct address he could have left them in the dry porchway. I now have to chase up the supplier to replace several damaged products as the boxes were sodden and no doubt, these will also be delivered to the wrong address by Evri.
Their courier that was on my doorstep for 5 minutes Saturday trying to scan his parcels could not speak English and tried handing me parcels for 2 different addresses when none were actually for me!
I've reported this to the shops I bought from and told them I will not be spending any more with them til they start using Royal Mail. I can't be bothered dealing with the constant hassle of driving around trying to locate where my parcels have been delivered and chasing up replacements.
