Margaret was a fabulous help when I mistakenly didn’t include a message in a gift I was sending to a friend, I contacted her immediately and she organised the whole thing for me.
Great customer support.
Order delivered promptly but don’t expect to receive the two samples you requested ! I requested a skincare sample and a concealer colour chart. The skincare sample was replaced with a hair oil sample and the colour chart, which online pictured paler colours, only contained darker colours, so none are suitable for me to try.

My parcel was delivered to a safe space without contacting me by Royal Mail. It was then stolen in my flats. I asked spacenk for a refund or replacement and they denied it. They were rude in the replies particularly Kayleigh. Do not order.
I spent £140 on a next-day delivery order with Space NK. Royal Mail marked it as “delivered to safe place” — but I never received it, and I never authorised any safe place. I live in an apartment building, and Space NK later admitted the parcel was left on a buggy. That is not a “safe place” by any standard — anyone could have taken it.
To make matters worse, Royal Mail claimed to have left a “card,” but no card was left, and Space NK refused to investigate further. Their only “proof” was a GPS coordinate, which does not verify that the parcel was delivered to me or even my door.
I paid for next-day delivery, and this is how it was handled — no proper investigation, no resolution, and a complete lack of accountability. I’ve now escalated this through my bank as non-receipt of goods, and I’m sharing this so other customers are aware.
All I asked for was a fair investigation or a refund. Instead, I was dismissed.
Extremely disappointed — I expected better from a luxury retailer.
After many a successful SpaceNK parcel delivery, this was the first time I've ever experienced an issue. I had the pleasure of chatting with Sarah, who helped me with my missing package. She sent multiple emails to keep me updated throughout the process and provided a solution almost immediately. It was really refreshing to experience such a nice, breezy customer service experience.

I was placing many orders on space nk.
I tried to place a new order today, but none of the available payment methods work.
1) card payment - I enter card details (the card is saved on the website, I used it many times before) - nothing happens after I press pay
2) PayPal - I am not even being redirected to PayPal
3) Apple Pay - 2 cards are also declined
Customers support doesn’t reply.
As a result - the advent calendar is out of stock.

I had an issue with my account due to my email address, so I got in touch with Customer Services. I had a response soon after from a team member called Marc who took the time to work out what the problem was and solve it for me. He wrote really polite and helpful emails and got back to me quickly when we were corresponding.
