I'm still awaiting over £500 worth of…

I'm still awaiting over £500 worth of products that should have been delivered yesterday. Unfortunately Sephora only use Evri for deliveries. The tracking has not moved since yesterday morning for those 3 parcels but the 2 orders I placed yesterday are showing as being out for delivery today. There is no way to contact Sephora to speak to a person - I'm not sure this is even legal in the UK? The online chat is a bot on facebook and when you send a message it takes days to get a response from someone in a faraway country who is responding using a script. I spend thousands of pounds with this company but am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. Order numbers
