I've been waiting for 6 parcels totalling over £1000 of goods. 4 were due Thursday - I've received one email to say one was running late and nothing since about any of them.
One parcel was delivered yesterday out of the 6 but there have been no updates at all on the others.
If your courier was coming here anyway, why not deliver all of them??
Tried contacting Evri this morning - you just get a bot, promising a call-back that never comes.
In the meantime i have numerous customers waiting for their orders from me that I can't fulfil on time due to the incompetence and lack of human communication from this company.

Update; I have now had emails back from 2 companies to say that Evri have actually lost 3 of my parcels. The incompetency of this company would be laughable if it wasn't costing me money and affecting my business. And still no phone call from Evri as promised.
