Review of Feelunique
Apart from one item that arrived damaged due to a leak (and Feelunique replaced it as soon as I provided photos),almost everything has been delivered in perfect condition. They do sometimes overpack the boxes so I probably wouldn't order a gift along with other items. I earn points regularly which add up to money off vouchers and some of the freebies they give away are amazing! Really happy so far.
Review of Evri
I've had many problems with Evri/Hermes in the past but I have to say that recently the service has been brilliant. I have a couple of regular guys who deliver to me several times a week for work and they are always on time and polite - a great improvement on the guy from last year. They leave my parcels in a safe place if I'm out.
Review of Debenhams
I ordered a scented candle from Debenhams as Christmas present. It was delivered by. courier and when I opened it, it is in pieces! Accidents happen (although this glass candle was posted in a bag, not a box!), so I went online to find a contact number - there isn't one. You can only contact them via chat or online message. I sent a message and was told I would hear back within 24 hours. I haven't heard back so I went online again. The only way I can get a refund is to send the item back using a returns label. So now I either lose the money or send broken glass through the post?!
This is a massive company and yet you can't even speak to a person. Really poor service.
Review of Roccabox
The first couple of boxes were good. The most recent ones not so much so I emailed them before the 20th last month to cancel, as per their terms and conditions. They've now removed the button to control your subscription on the website and the only way to cancel is via email.
I recieved no reply to my email and have now received and email to congratulate me that my next box has just been charged for and sent out!! I've emailed again and guess what? Still no reply!
I will now have to go through my bank to stop them taking any further payments and try to get my money back.
My cancellation email was me telling them they could no longer take money from me so this if theft as far as I'm concerned.
Review of Victorian Plumbing
We bought an expensive black basin tap from Victoria Plum less than a year ago.
Because it cost over £100 we have been very careful to look after it and don't use any harsh chemicals or scourers when cleaning around it.
Despite this, it appears the black tap was actually a chrome tap, coated with some kind of black film which is now peeling all around the base.
Victoria Plum state on their website that they accept responsibilty for items that present a fault within a year so I've been trying to contact them.
There is no contact number whatsoever unless you are a tradesperson, you can only apparently contact them via the 'chatbot'!
However, every time I click on the link for this it takes me back to the FAQ's page.
This is extremely frustrating and very unprofessional for such a big company.
I will now be forced to go through Resolver and raise my complaint with the Financial Ombudsman.
EDIT
After leaving this review we were contacted and offered a full refund on the damaged tap. Such a shame it has to get to this before you hear from a company - why not save yourselves the bad review and make contacting you a lot easier?

Review of Tommee Tippee UK
I bought this set as the next stage for my daughter as her hands are still too small for adult cutlery and the toddler set she has won't cut anything! This is a great in-between stage set and she loves it. Quick delivery too and I was notified when it was on it's way.

Review of Qmee
I've been using this site for just over a year now and have made around £250.
I'd say on average I can earn £2.50-£3 a day by spending around and hour or so, so way below minimum wage for anyone thinking they can earn a living doing this! I look at it as pocket money for the month for treats etc and now just do the surveys when I have a spare half hour in front of the tv.
The payout is instant, which is much better than needing to collect points first and you can cash out any time so I do it every day I've earned anything.
Lots of the surveys will ask you questions for several minutes before rejecting you which is annoying. I've also had a few that I completed and was thanked for but then said I'd been rejected! Extremely frustrating.
Most of the surveys are genuine and some are actually quite fun. I close the ones that ask my date of birth, postcode, age of children etc all in one survey as they are clearly identifying questions!
In my experience this is probably one of the better review sites.
Review of Glossybox
I ordered a few different boxes last month as they were all such good value! I love trying new beauty products and there were many brands I hadn't used before. It's great t be able to try the smaller sizes before splashing out on the full size product. One box was missing an item and Glossybox quickly offered me a partial refund which I've been able to use against my next order. Really happy with this subscription.

Review of DPD UK
I'm so fed up of this company. I've waited in all morning for toys I'd ordered my children which were due this morning. They've been sitting patiently waiting for them, very excited for their treats I've ordered which were due today. I've just had an email to say I'm not in and I've got to wait til tomorrow to collect them!
I've been sat in my lounge with my children waiting!! Yet again they use a delivery driver who either doesn't read the clear delivery instructions - I live on a main road into a village so not difficult - or they just can't be bothered to find out house.

Review of Paid Product Testing
I signed up to this a couple of months ago and have probably spent a couple of hours starting surveys that I get disqualified from every time.
You can't cash out til you've earned enough points for a £10 reward but so far I'm up to less than £2 and that's just for my information they've harvested.
Not been offered one product to test either.

Review of Resolver
I've used Resolver a few times in the past and it has been a great way of getting justice from big companies who ignored all other communication.
I don't know what's happened this year but it's like the site is now unmanned.
I opened a complaint in March against Halifax for thousands of pounds of unfair charges and I have a pretty strong case. Halifax obviously declined my claim very quickly and sent a final decision letter. That was more than 6 months ago.
I escalated the case to the financial ombudsman and was told I should have a decision from them within 4 months.
Over 6 months later they haven't even assigned a case handler.
I appreciate they've probably been very busy and the whole country has been affected by covid but I feel like I'm just being ignored now.
I've also had to open a complaint about Royal Mail for losing an expensive item we paid insurance for as they'd ignored our claim for months.
Usually a Resolver complaint would be enough for the company to pull their finger out and act, but it appears they all know it's going to be a very long wait, so I'm now having to chase them up every few weeks by email and am becoming very frustrated that I'm not getting anywhere.
*edit*
After leaving this review I was contacted within a few days and both my cases were resolved - one in my favour and the Halifax one not but that's down to Halifax, not Resolver!
I finally got a payout from Royal Mail a year after they lost my item! It was a long, stressful battle but got there in the end.

Review of Home Tester Club
I tested several products for this company over a couple of years and really enjoyed it but just about every single product now requires you to upload photos and video to social media. I closed my Facebook account several years ago due to them selling personal data but it seems I'll now have to close this account too. Shame.

Review of toucanBox
We've been getting these on and off for a few years now. My children love the crafts.
My only gripe would be that some of the projects are a bit flimsy to keep so don't last long, which is a shame.
The price is about average as some crafts work out quite expensive for the materials you get but others are really good value. The magazine is nice and has lots of other great ideas and my children love seeing which magnet we get in each box.
It's great that you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time and they now let you chose your crafts.
Review of Earth & Wheat
I've had a few boxes from here now and always have a lovely selection of different bakery products, although we do get similar items each time.
The latest box contained 10 crumpets, 6 buttermilk pancakes, 6 pitta breads, 6 seeded wraps, 4 plain foccacia and 2 garlic naans.
The price is just a little higher than if you were to buy from Tesco or similar but this includes delivery and the quality is lovely. Everything has always arrived very fresh and I usually freeze a few so they don't go stale before we can eat them.
The spinach wraps from the last box were really tasty and the foccacia are pre-cut so ideal for packed lunches.
Review of Green Chef UK
I signed up for a special offer and chance to win a free box through a link that was emailed to me.
You had to give your phone number or it wouldn't let you enter.
Within a couple of hours I had a very friendly but extremely pushy woman phone me and lied that I was a 'winner', only to then tell me I'd 'won' the same discount you can get online.
I believe the Advertising Standards Authority heavily frown upon this behaviour??
I told her I was working but she carried on telling me to go to my computer and get up their website so she could talk me through the whole process of signing up and entering my bank details online while she waited.
I said I wanted a little time to look over it before signing up for anything but she continued to be very pushy and tried telling me I could mix and match meat and vegan meals, when in fact you have to choose a meal plan.
I said there didn't seem to be many meals my husband and I would both eat but still she carried on trying to push me to just choose some and sign up so she could give me the discount code.
Even with that code, these meals would be cheaper from the supermarket when buying ingredients separately!
I had a quick scan and told her I wanted to look at it properly before signing up for anything and I was still trying to work - Could she call me back after I'd finished work?
She said 'Ok, I'll call back in an hour?'
I told her no, after 4pm. She called at 2 minutes past and I ignored it.
This kind of sales pressure should be outlawed, if it isn't already.
I blocked the number, having been put off completely by this level of pushiness.
Then this morning I've just had another call from a different number, supposedly from Truro, again trying to push me to sign up.
I told the woman 'No, thank you, I'm not interested' but she ignored me and carried on with her sales pitch and telling me 'but you've got a discount code to use'
I told her I've looked on Trustpilot and can see they have the same issues as their sister company, HelloFresh (who I also had a bad experience with) so I don't want to sign up. She mumbled something, sounding angry and hung up!
If I get any more calls I will be reporting this company for harassment.

Review of Yodel by InPost
I ordered a parcel from Hello Fresh and was told it would be delivered by Yodel this afternoon. I was given a 2 hour delivery slot, then live update of the drivers round. About 10 minutes after I was told I was number 2 on the list I checked again. The tracking has now updated to say the parcel has been delivered to my safe place. It hasn't.
I've checked around my property and with neighbours, I also checked our CCTV and no attempt was made to deliver at all.
I contacted Yodel, only to be put through to a chat service in a faraway country to someone who could offer no help at all, other than to say they need to conduct a driver interview and will respond within 24 hours.
By which time my fresh food will be ruined!
They told me they can see it was delivered somewhere 'a bit further away than my address' so can I go and check with neighbours! Here's an idea - how about asking your drivers to read the address on the parcel and deliver it there?
I'm now without 4 meals for the week that i'd planned and paid for.
I'm getting so fed up of bad service and Royal Mail seem to be the only delivery company now that actual deliver to the correct address.

Review of Readly UK
I've been using this for a few months now after an initial free trial and I love it!
I didn't think I'd get used to reading magazines withouth physically turning the pages but I'm really enjoying it. There are so many magazines I'd never have bought but can try out as part of my subscription. I hope they keep the price the same as I'm not sure I'd keep subscribing if it got more expensive but at the moment it's amazing value!

Review of Vinted UK
Been selling items on Vinted for 3 or 4 years now with no problem and the buyers seem much more honest than some on ebay.
I don't know what's happening there at the moment but they've suddenly become very unreliable.
I bought an item over a month ago which never arrived. Vinted's app said I'd receive a refund yesterday if it still hadn't been delivered.
There was a report in my local paper that Hermes have just sacked a driver for hundreds of parcels going missing so mine was very likely among these. I even forwarded this report on to Vinted in my claim.
The seller has been really helpful but cannot find anything out either.
Last week Vinted told me I needed to provide them with a description of the packaging - as the buyer!!! - so I had to contact the seller for them. How Hermes are suddenly going to find a grey plastic bag beats me!?
Then yesterday, the day my refund was due, Vinted marked the parcel as delivered! Even though it hasn't been and Hermes are showing no trace of it since 22nd September.
I've contacted them again and they've just told me they are still looking into it.
So they have my money as the buyer hasn't received it. Thankfully only a small amount but that's not the point.
Looking at other reviews on here this is starting to concern me!
Review of UPS UK
I'm trying to contact UPS but can't do so without an account.
I never usually complain personally about people but they have one driver that I always see in our area and he drives like an absolute maniac through quiet residential streets. How he hasn't killed someone by now I don't know!! He's always speeding and throws the truck around corners and in between cars so fast it looks like he's going to tip over.
He needs reporting to the company so they can speak to him but nobody answers the phone lines and you need an account with UPS to email them.
If I see it again I'll report him to the police seeing as UPS clearly don't want you to get hold of them.
