Lost count on how many holidays we've had using on the beach. Customer service been great when iv needed there help.
Pricing should be more transparent rather than add something at every click , can work out more expensive than other companies

There is no customer service person to talk to, by chat or in person. If I am spending several thousand pound on a holiday I expect there to be some way of asking a question that bothers me. For example - the transfers you buy say 'from your hotel to the airport' - however if you talk to the transfer agent then it turns out that somewhere along the way you might have to find your own taxi for part of the distance! - which could be tricky if it is in the middle of the night in a strange place...
Systems have been streamlined and responses are immediate.
In addition, recent experienced of a cancellation due to illness was dealt with so efficiently.

It’s a nice hotel. It’s away from the main tourist area which is a bonus. The cleaners do a really good job, the rooms are cleaned and bed linen and towels are changed almost daily. The elderly owners” son seems to manage the hotel, he is generally very unfriendly and unhelpful. People seem to like the barman but I find him very creepy!
Booked the wrong duration of holiday due to a page refresh and couldn't change it unless I paid £2300 to cancel the previous holiday. The operator i spoke too wasn't helpful and rude. Have booked alot of holidays over the years with OTB but won't be coming back.
As always, the process was so easy to search and book. Having the option to spread the cost is even better! I have booked with OTB many times now and never had an issue...I look forward to booking more holidays with you in the future

Nathan Revell saved my holiday! 24 hours before flying I noticed a spelling mistake on the booking. The airline told me I wouldn’t be able to fly and too late to change. Nathan worked his magic to get things changed and made sure I could fly without the rest of my family! An absolute legend!

Firstly dealing with On the beach is good & if theres a problem theyre very helpful but do wish you could deal with a human not a robot which often goes round & round. I can deal with the tired run down apartments with curtains that dont reach the sides & hooks missing so they droop one side, most attachment's in bathroom missing or broken , slept on the sofa as the mattress had mould but hidden by mattress cover, but floors & sheets was clean but nowhere did it mention you are DIRECTLY beneath the flight path, so much so that you can see every detail of the bottom of the planes & smell the fuel ! & theyre every 15 minutes sometimes so never had any peace the whole week ! No shop on site so you cant even get water or milk, no choice but to venture into the shopping centre ! The pool wasnt very clean either, green growing on the sides & debris on the bottom. This was at Feurtesol aptmnts in Feurteventura
