🚨 Small Business Struggle – Please Read 🚨
On 5th August 2025, we shipped a customised order worth ₹12,000 to our client in Chandigarh via Shiprocket using their courier partner Delhivery.
Today is 14th August, and the parcel has still not been delivered.
• The tracking has been stuck with no updates.
• No one from Shiprocket or Delhivery is responding to calls or emails.
• The local Punjab Delhivery team and their team leader Ashish have ignored all calls and messages.
This is not just a delay — as a small business, I now have to refund the full amount to my client even though it’s not our fault. This is a huge loss for us and deeply disappointing service from both Shiprocket & Delhivery.
📢 To fellow business owners & customers: Please be aware of such poor service and lack of accountability before trusting these platforms.

Very bad experience. The delivery guys will simply put "consignee not available" without even contacting. Same happened twice so now it's clear it's repeatedly done by the delivery guys. I will stop ordering from any website using shiprocket as the courier partner

Worst Service Ever – No Resolution, False Commitments, and Zero Support
My Company ID: 7022490
I have completed my International KYC and also recharged my Shiprocket wallet, but when I tried to create my very first order, it simply failed. Every time I attempt, I get an error and cannot proceed.
I have raised multiple tickets regarding this issue. Every time, the support team promises, "You will get a call within 4 hours and your issue will be resolved", but no call ever comes, and no resolution is provided. This has happened repeatedly.
This is by far the worst courier service experience I have had.
Customer Support: Absolutely useless, just makes false promises.
Managers: Completely unresponsive and indifferent to customer problems.
Sales Team: Quick to onboard and take money, but vanish when actual support is needed.
Top Management: Clearly does not care about the service quality or customer satisfaction.
Honestly, even India Post provides better and more reliable service than Shiprocket. I strongly advise everyone to avoid using Shiprocket if you value your time and money.
I hope the top management takes immediate action, but judging by my experience, I’m not optimistic.

Unfair Account Blocking – Very Disappointed with Shiprocket
I am extremely disappointed with Shiprocket’s handling of my account. I have no involvement in any fraud and run my business honestly. The only reason my account is under risk is because the warehouse address I use is shared by many suppliers, so orders from multiple businesses are shipped from the same location.
Instead of investigating the real source of the problem, Shiprocket is penalizing me for other people’s actions, which is completely unfair. I have provided clarifications, but there has been no proper resolution. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and loss for my business.
If Shiprocket wants to be trusted by sellers, they should focus on real investigations rather than blocking genuine sellers who follow the rules.

Mishandled My High-Value Shipment & Refused to Compensate Despite All Proof
I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Shiprocket and Amazon Shipping. I used their services to ship a high-value personal appliance — an Aquaguard water purifier worth ₹23,000 — from Bangalore to Bikaner via my business account on Shiprocket.
Before dispatch, I packed the item carefully and securely. I even took photos of the box with the shipping label, pre-shipping packaging photos, and ensured everything was in place. I clearly mentioned the contents as an Aquaguard water purifier.
However, when the parcel was delivered at my Bikaner address, the recipient discovered a completely different item inside – an old, damaged oven. It was shocking. The moment we unboxed it, we recorded a full unboxing video clearly showing that the box was sealed from outside, but the contents inside were replaced.
I immediately raised a dispute with Shiprocket, providing them with:
Pre-shipping box and label photos
Full unboxing video as proof
Photo of the wrong oven item received
Label photo of the final delivery received
Despite all this valid and solid evidence, Shiprocket rejected my dispute without even a single verification call. They didn't ask for clarification, they didn’t question anything — they just closed the case without resolution.
I escalated the issue again, and again, but each time, they rejected it with automated responses, showing no intention of actually investigating or resolving the matter. The lack of responsibility, transparency, and human intervention in their process is shocking.
What’s worse is that Shiprocket promotes “special handling” and “safe delivery” as a feature for business accounts. But in reality, they seem to take no responsibility once the shipment is handed over. There is no accountability for theft or tampering, and the entire burden is left on the customer.
This is a serious case of tampering or theft in transit, and Shiprocket’s inability to handle it ethically raises grave concerns. I have now been left with financial loss, mental harassment, and zero support.
I will be filing a formal consumer complaint, and continue updating this review on every public platform until justice is served.
To all businesses and individuals:
🚨 Please think twice before trusting Shiprocket for valuable shipments.
Their systems are flawed, their customer support is robotic, and in case of dispute — you're on your own.

Poor experience
Poor experience. I placed shipment to be picked on 2 august 2025 but no response from courrier partner till 4th august and continues. The shiprocket customer care is also pathetic they everyday asking for 24 hours to wait. My first pickup experience is ruined by shiprocket. They dont even have contact numbers of their pickup partners . Courrier partners are putting fake pickup attempts and I dont know how to deal with this.
My order will be cancelled due to this poor service.
Now pickup has been arranged delayed by 3 days and delivery is being delayed. And company talking of the mail I have dropped mail with my AWB to them.

From a New-Seller to whoever is going to use the service Here is my review:
The app gives you best pricing across the nation per 500grams but note what they did not mention is 500grams is not your item weight but your volumetric weight so if box size is big which means if product is 500grams and box volume size caculation gives 2KG. You will be charged for 2KG. Most of sellers complain that they get charged extra and thats true,, Even if size volume charge is showing 2KG you will be somtimes get penality and be asked to pay for 5-7.5KG. I had a box with 2.8KG volume weight and was charged for 7.5KG. So I paid 275rs first when I placed the delivery and later I was charged 380rs extra. 655rs for 2.8KG volume metric order,, Original weight was 1.1KG, Charged weight 2.8KG + EXTRA Charge for 4.7KG.
Now shiprocket is not the one who do this but the delivery service provider but what they lack in is support for it,, They will completely deny ur request if you dispute it. They dont care about evidence you provide,, for them the delivery partner have showed them the scanned box (( which even they can alter accordingly )).
This will never be solved until Shiprocket themself becomes a delivery service provider for now they are just middleman. So its better to contact ur nearest delivery partners and tell them ur box sizes and get estimated prices. Online its not shiprocket scamming but the delivery partners just miss-using shiprocket.

Shiprocket’s courier partner marked three fake delivery attempts — and not ONCE did anyone call or show up. The customer waited for days. I provided:
- Call recordings
- Chat screenshots
- Written confirmation from Shiprocket’s own NDR executive that the delivery attempts were fake
Despite this mountain of proof, they denied the freight refund, saying “the customer was unavailable.”
Excuse me?! You have the guts to lie directly after admitting fault?
But it gets worse.
After I left an honest review about this experience, Shiprocket’s team called me to ask if I could DELETE the review instead of solving the problem. 🙃
So, rather than fix your broken system, you’re focused on hiding your mistakes?
This is not just poor service — this is fraud, deception, and gaslighting of sellers who trust you with their brand reputation.
And while my customer lost trust in my service (because of YOUR lies), I lost my money, my time, and my peace of mind.
So no, I’m not taking the review down.

I wish i could give Zero Star.
Poor experience since working with shiprocket. the pickups take days to get fulfilled, whenever there is an RTO , we end up getting a damaged product or a fake product inside the package. On top of that the RTO shipment is delivered after weeks of escalation and raising tickets. We have a small business and shiprocket has been hampering our sales.

I wish i could give Zero Star. Shiprocket has now become a company that steals from sellers by faking delivery attempts, marking RTOs without any real try, and shamelessly deducting charges.
zero accountability, scripted support replies, and outright lies. Not abiding by any deadlines to make deliveries promised by their own portal.
I have solid proof – client call recordings, no delivery attempt logs, and yet this company keeps sending canned responses like "sorry for the inconvenience."
If asked to speak to a senior- call centre has no access to them. They won't give you any mail confirmation or acknowledgement.
Tired of chasing them. We are a small business and Shiprocket has the capability to fail us even having the best of products and customar support from our end. Once the packet goes to Shiprocket its only God who can help you. They are holding your shipments ransom for even creating RTOs. They want us to create them even after fake attempts so that the burden goes to the shipper.
