I am writing this review to formally raise a serious concern regarding AWB #19041791960771, which is currently showing as cancelled in your system. At no point was any request made from our end to cancel this shipment, and this unilateral action is completely unacceptable.
This shipment was ordered as a gift to my parents and your operational efficiency has ruined it and put them into distress.
I recommend all the sellers to not use this platform as customers like me are losing money .
