Poor experience
Poor experience. I placed shipment to be picked on 2 august 2025 but no response from courrier partner till 4th august and continues. The shiprocket customer care is also pathetic they everyday asking for 24 hours to wait. My first pickup experience is ruined by shiprocket. They dont even have contact numbers of their pickup partners . Courrier partners are putting fake pickup attempts and I dont know how to deal with this.
My order will be cancelled due to this poor service.
Now pickup has been arranged delayed by 3 days and delivery is being delayed. And company talking of the mail I have dropped mail with my AWB to them.
